The temperature of my Wolf oven kept on fluctuating as I baked a cake and the cake was not evenly baked. I even ensure that the settings were checked twice yet the issue remained. The maintenance worker came and checked the sensor and calibration of the oven. He changed the faulty temperature sensor and turned on the oven. Tests were carried out following the repair and the temperature stayed constant. On the following day, I baked something again and this time things were fine.
