Omid and his team from Asha construction came to replace two leaking showerheads. Normally, he does bathroom remodels, and that's what we asked him for, but he took a look at our setup and realized we were not ready. And he was not interested in wasting our money. Instead, he gave us instructions on what we should buy, fixed our showers (good for 10+ years), threw in a toilet fix (was leaking), so they'd be operational while we considered exactly what we wanted done to this house.

Let me emphasize this, which is why I found him amazing: He was not interested in wasting our money.

Omid is an honest man I think he does quality work for a good price, gives good, practical advice. I highly recommend him and would use him again.

Did drywall and painting for us last June. Was absolutely amazing, even helped us to install a few misc bathroom things. Amazing service, great price, easy to work with and worked overtime to finish the job on time. Would recommend them to anyone!

To say these guys are "good quality" is a gross understatement. They did extraordinary work on a variety of dry wall projects for us...patching & matching around a newly installed whole house fan, redoing poorly done texturing jobs from plumbing repairs, texturing the wall behind a recently removed bannister and fixing cracks and seams from 30-some odd years of house settling. Most impressive was the work they did restoring a bedroom that was right on top of a corner of the house that had settled 4" over the years and was recently releveled. The walls and corners look as good as the day we bought the house 30+ years ago. Thanks!

Javier and his team are great! We had them come remove popcorn ceilings then texture and paint our ceilings. They did great quality work for a very good price. Javier was always super responsive and flexible with our schedule. We would definitely use him again for future projects!

I’m so glad we went with Partida Drywall to install new walls in our garage. It was a pleasure working with Javier who oversaw the entire project. He was honest, professional, and had the expertise to make great suggestions as we bumped into some challenges with the electrical wiring and lighting fixtures. Best of all, Javier never asked for a deposit and only accepted full payment once the project is completed, the premise is cleaned, and that I’m completely satisfied with their work. Did a remodel on an old home, that had a lot of “interesting angles.” Previous owner built things his way. Not to code.

This made the drywall process significantly more difficult than usual. They did a great job with it!

Javier and team does great work. I recently re-did my garage to be more of an office/music space, and wanted it to be soundproofed from a unit that has shared wall. He knew all the right stuff to use and sealed it up tight; the noise issue has been significantly reduced and the garage holds heat better than my house. They had to make a ton of precision cuts around roof rafters and fit drywall into all kind of awkward angles, and they did a great job. The whole project was cleaned up and ready to paint slightly ahead of schedule and I've been cozy working in there for months.

Javier did an amazing transformation of my garage!! I was looking to fix my garage drywall. I had a very old wood paneling in the garage. Wanted to replace it with the drywall, add insulation and paint it to make it more neater and organize, after looking at lot of great reviews on yelp I decided to reached out to Partida drywall company and I am so glad I did!! Javier responded very quickly and came out the next day to check out my garage. He was very good at giving suggestions and ideas on what I needed to be done. He gave me some great ideas regarding storage and vents. He also gave me some suggestions on an attic Storage so I can use the airspace without being pushy at all. I really appreciate all the suggestions. He provided me with the itemized quote for all the jobs that needs to be done in a very systematic manner and provided me the quote the very next day. His prices were very reasonable. He used the best quality material and gave a timeline of 1 week to finish the project. He was also very flexible on the availability. He started my the job when I wanted the job to be started and it took him exactly one week to finish the project, he was right on time. All his workers came at 8am every day and finish the job on time. They were all very excellent. I would highly recommend Javier and his company for any drywall projects. He is very honest, open and flexible and provided great service. Javier was very communicative throughout the project and kept me updated with next steps and responded to my texts with any questions, very promptly .I am very happy with the way my garage turned out and very happy with Javier’s service. I would give Javier and team 7 stars!!

We got 3 bathrooms remodeled a while ago and it was great working with Stefan and team! They were on time, were able to adjust some of the walls to fit in a difficult shower pan and still finish the job on time. Super easy to work with.

Stefan and his team remodeled my bathroom as subcontractors for Made Renovations. While Made Renovations was horrible, the work and service level of Stefan and his team was amazing. Andrei was so professional. He came to work on time and put in a full day, everyday. He cleaned up his work and always left the house the way he found it.
