Do you like a dumpster as your house? Well if so, you'll love Home Depot

took longer to buy a water heater than for me to install it. not the sharpest tools in the box and try to find anybody for help and when you do they are super slow or don't know anything about anything. don't expected to get any real answer from most people there, 1 out of 10 maybe. Don't go there if you haven't eaten or you might starve.
I thought HD was trying to turn things around but I was wrong. Maybe its this store only but I don't think so.

The Christmas tree lot was closed at 6:30 pm while the store closes at 10!!!!!

The work was done on time, with great care, and with great suggestions as to how to make the house look its best. I almost wanted to take it off the market and stay in it as it looked so good. Very pleased with the work performed by Trudel Construction. We had water damage and needed to replace flooring in our unit, plus drywall damage in the unit below us. They were fast with response, clean with their work and the completed project looks great. I would absolutely refer them and I would use them again!

I didn't know during the pandemic construction workers were in high demand but trudell was kind enough to accommodate this work in his schedule quickly.
He would always listen to suggestions / feedback and would immediately fix them when necessary.

I had to have my floors replaced due to water damage the whole downstairs of my house. Scott and his crew were incredibly professional, they answered all of my concerns, it went above and beyond to help me move back into the house and feel comfortable again. I would highly recommend Scott Trudell and Trudell Construction if you ever need to have any kind of remodeling done at your house.

They were quick and efficient. We needed to move into our house 3 weeks after closing and 1 wee after selling our old house. It gave them a month to install HVAC, re-do the electrical, scrape ceilings, paint, renovate the bathroom and demo the kitchen. It was done quickly and to our satisfaction.

Scott was very helpful in accessing our home repairs, and suggesting the course of action as if it were his own home without doing any upsell. His experience shines through in how he was able to quickly sort out each issue and we feel safe to ahead with his services.

Scott and his team were great to work with. Scott brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to our project and we have been thrilled with the results of the remodel. We will definitely go back to Scott when we are ready for the next phase..!

We've used Trudel Construction on 2 of our houses in the last 7 years.

For both of our remodels, we switched to Trudel Construction after having bad experiences with other contractors. Both times our experience was like night and day.

The first project was a master bedroom and bathroom remodel.
The second was much larger project, adding 700SQ ft, and some remodeling work.

This second project we had everything stacked against us, bad designs/drawings, things just not thought out, things over-engineered, less than accommodating permit process from the city, and the original contractor company that basically just stopped coming.
Scott and his team picked things up and ran with it, he helped work with the city on the permits and all the changes we'd need to the drawings, found another engineer to fix calculations, you name it. His team got started right away and we made immediate progress.

Scott is friendly, reasonable, and knows construction really well. He genuinely tries to help you make the right decisions, not pushing for more expensive options. Scott handles the inevitable surprises that come up with a remodel fairly and doesn't take advantage of you when it happens.

He works with the same trades people for a long time, (foundation/framing/electrical/plumbing/tile), and those guys are quite good. For example, his tile setters do it the good old school way, with mud/wire, not the DIY backerboards.

Like most GCs, he doesn't always come onsite when his sub-contractors are here, but he is always around for any/all of the crucial phases to make sure the next tradesmen knows what the plan is and what needs to be done, goes over any possible last minute changes we may want/need, etc...And importantly, he will always come (the same day) if I say he needs to come and check on something.

He communicates well, and is always a call/text away. No more praying for a call back...

We would recommend Scott and Trudel Construction, and we'd use him again for any project we have next.

A few months into Covid lockdown, we discovered a long term water leak in our bathroom that required remediation and replacement of the floor. We were long overdue for a bathroom upgrade, just hadn't anticipated having to do it then. We got a recommendation for Trudel Construction from the restoration company. We met with Scott and had a gut sense that he would do an excellent job. That proved to be true. Turns out the second bathroom also had an active leak via the shower tile and we had MOLD. I was quite concerned about that for health reasons and Scott had an expert in who took care of removing it safely. Every single craftsman that came to our home was professional, competent, and incredibly efficient. Many had worked with Scott for years. It was obvious that they cared about their work and took pride in it. Their work was top notch. We are absolutely thrilled with our two new bathrooms. I have a bit more to add though. I'm a retired physician with some high risk conditions for Covid and a son with Type 1 diabetes. We lost my Uncle to Covid. We were/are very very limited with contacts and quite concerned that we had to have people in the house for the remodel. I explained this to Scott. I found out that all workers ARE PAID TO STAY HOME BY TRUDEL CONSTRUCTION if they were feeling sick or had a Covid exposure. He assured me that they really care about every aspect of the job, including the health of the workers and the clients. We saw that firsthand. Everyone wore masks at all times. The crews did not mix with each other, they came at different times. Scott communicated clearly and often and we did see that policy in action when there was a Covid exposure. I hear that remodels are supposed to be hard and stressful. Even with Covid, this was an easy, pleasant experience. I cannot recommend Trudel Construction highly enough. I've already referred him to my neighbor and another organization that needs some work done. When we replenish the bank account, we will have Trudel Construction back for our kitchen remodel.

I was referred to Scott for some water damage that took place in my home. Scott was responsive and quick to get me an estimate to repair the downstairs of my home. He replaced the baseboards, entire downstairs flooring, drywall repair from water damage and painted/touched up the fixes. This was all done in a timely manner with great communication throughout. It is great to have speed and efficiency while keeping the quality of work high. Thanks Scott
