About the business:
MS Construction and Services was established in California in May 2023. Before relocating to California, founder Mike Sankin operated a construction business in Russia. Earlier in the company’s history, MS completed a broader range of exterior projects, including fences and gates. The company has since narrowed its focus to deck work, including exterior deck stairs and railing systems, and fence or gate work is no longer offered. The current California specialty contractor license was issued in December 2025 under the business name MS Decking and Services, CSLB #1148079.
