It was a pleasure doing business with CA Electrical Group 24/7.
They were prompt in their service, with a technician arriving within 30 minutes of my initial call. This was well within the hour window that was communicated through the confirmation link for my appointment.
Omri, the technician was quick, courteous, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem within a few moments of arrival.
He did a quick, but more thorough reset at the circuit panel than I had initially done and solved the issue. He double checked the plug, the circuit box, and another bank of outlets that had gone dead, then assured me everything was fine. With that, we were back in business he was on his way.
I would highly recommend CA Electric Group and will call on them again, if I ever have an issue. They were quick, efficient, effective and most importantly, ethical. Those are hard qualities to find these days.

9/17 update - The company is doing the right thing with employing their electrician, Israel. I had a rough start and process while scheduling visits, but that had nothing to do with him. He is hands down why I’m giving 5 stars - he’s professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and communicative.
Thank you to the owner, Omri, for remedying the situation.Update from 9/16 - Owner, Omri, has a person on this trying to fix it and he promises to fix the problem and provide a refund for the part I’ve paid. I will update if the outcome is different than what I originally experienced.
