Dollens Electric installed a natural gas fired standby generator for me in May Last year. Jason called me and came to service the unit. The generator works like a charm every time we had PG&E outage. The best thing I have ever done for myself. They are professional and efficient. Unlike a lot of contractor, there was no fuss.. it is a large generator, they got it in a tight spot, yet met all the codes. Very nice.

Trent and his crew were great. They kept me abreast of what was going on. He also quoted me a set price and stuck to it. They came in and changed my panel out all in one day. I would definitely work with him again.

Trent did a fantastic job with installing ceiling fans, recessed lightings in our living room and office. He is professional and responsive and it is impossible to fault the quality of his work. He is definitely going to be our go-to person for all electrical needs in our house.

Trent did a great job installing a nema 14-50 outlet and my EV charger from wallbox. There was a problem with the wallbox firmware and Trent called them and solved it. That was months ago and everything is still working great. Trent is very easy to work with, intelligent and personable.

1 year later the outlet melted. The wiring wasn't secured tightly enough. He didn't use a torque screwdriver. Wire insulation is burned up from the heat. Along with the plug on the EV charger. He also didn't use a GFCI breaker which is code. Cost of his work, new charger and new correct installation $2,250. Could have burned the house down if I hadn't smelled it.

Trent is very careful, conscientous and competitive. He even found code violations in wiring completed by previous licensed contractors and approved by the city. What more can you ask for.

Trent installed an EV Charger Station at my residence in December 6, 2022. Trent was skilled, knowledgeable, practical, and clearly explained the work required to do the install. He was able to combine some of the existing breakers to make space to install a new 50 amp breaker, without adding a new electrical box.
I would recommend Trent for electrical work, who uses his technical skills with a practical approach and with the best interest of his customer.

I needed an electrical contractor to run power to a back yard office and yard lighting. It was a brand new home just received the keys! So we wanted it done right, which meant opening up the new drywall to access panel, all was done with great care and precision, trenching was done to meet and exceed code. And Trent and his guys showed up with a good attitude every time they said they would. I was a bit nervous as I checked he had a new license but his tools said he had a lot of experience. Trent Drummond was great to work with! I was getting a new air conditioner, and he gave me a competitive price for an electrical panel upgrade. I also had to put it off a few times, and he was very accommodating and worked with my timeline. I would hire him again for any work that I may need done.

Drummond Electric did a great job fixing an old, unsafe outlet at my parent's 1970's house that was sparking and in danger of causing a fire. When we called Trent about the problem, he responded quickly and gave us an estimate, then scheduled a time to come do the work. He showed up on time and fixed the outlet, and also changed the circuit breaker from 20A to 15A, as he discovered the wiring on that circuit was undersized for a 20A breaker. Communication with Trent was excellent during the whole process and the cost of the work was in the range that Trent had quoted for us. I'll definitely call Drummond Electric for any future electrical issues and highly recommend Trent to anyone else who needs electrical work done at their house.

Drummond Electric is an excellent service provider. I would not hesitate to contact this provider for any electrical related works around my home. Trent is the owner and a great communicator. Trent did all electrical installation for my master bathroom renovation. It included intricate lighting (pendant hanging of the floating shelf, recessed led strip lights and more), towel warmer, wiring for a new bidet.
He assisted me with a very informative advice. The installation went fast and smooth. It was done 100% by himself (a licensed electrician) not just a helper. I would hire him with no hesitation for the next job!
