Finding a trustworthy contractor for our old house was a challenge until we found Blue Spade. Chris is highly professional; his diagnosis of our missing rafter ties perfectly matched the engineer’s assessment.

The crew, Diego and Gerardo, worked tirelessly in a cramped attic and traveled daily from the South Bay to east bay. What impressed us most was how they anticipated our needs, consistently working a step ahead of us and delivering results better than we envisioned. They finished ahead of schedule for our vacation and offered very fair pricing. Highly recommended!
