Stars junk removal was very prompt and professional arrived just on time and did the job quickly. Their prices were competitive and fair. I will be calling them from now for all junk removal services.

Excellent across the board - call back, timeliness, efficiency, care, flexibility. They gave us a higher quote compared to another company, but since they were here already they offered to match. We had other things we ended up wanting to add for junk removal and they were so generous about taking all the additional things. Ended up paying them more than their original quote because they were just that good and professional. We had a whole truck full of things and with just 2 guys they finished up in ~30 minutes. True Tetris masters and saved them to my phone for future jobs.

In less than 1 hour from the time I contacted them they came out did a quick estimate and were ready to get to work right there and then Unfortunately because it is a dental office I had to have them come back the next day. Incredible service & great price So glad I found these guys. I called to request a quote and within two hours they showed up gave me the quote and had everything removed. We had a bunch of stuff on the side of our house that just needed to be trashed. They took everything cleaned up and left the area perfect! Juan and his team are simply amazing. They are punctual, easy to communicate with, and very efficient. This was not an easy project—we interviewed four companies, and they were the only ones who promised to complete it within one day.

Their pricing was fair, and they kept their promise, working from 9 AM to 6:30 PM. If there were 10 stars, I would give them all 10.

Juan and Mauricio were incredible -- they helped me clear 6 trucks worth of stuff out of a house in 2 days, including a super heavy safe and a gross hot tub (over Valentine's Day and a Sunday!!). They were kind, courteous and sensitive to my emotions which I definitely appreciated. I trusted them with the keys to the house and my childhood memories.
