They tell you the basic is $79, when they come they tell they gonna charge you more if they use shampoo they say it’s gonna be $240, the basic is horrible it doesn’t do anything to the carpet, they try to charge u more, will never get this service again.

I scheduled an appointment with them a month in advance. Then I called them 2 days before my cleaning and he said he was happy I called as he didn’t have my apartment number. I left it for him in a voicemail and while on the phone. He said he would be at my home between 8:00 am - 10:00 am. At 11:00 no one showed up. So I called. Then he said he would be here at 3:00. I got home at midnight no one showed. We also discussed how to entertain home while I was gone. I’ve called and have not heard back. And I have also had to give them my phone number several times as they don’t have it either. Now I know why my apartment manager is getting rid of them. I own a cleaning service and wouldn’t make any money if I treated my clients like they treated me. I will help my apt manager find a new carpet cleaning company. As this is not how you do business
