The technician was very thorough in troubleshooting my HVAC system. He explained every step of the way what he was doing and provided the steps needed to resolve the issue. Overall, they were professional and showed great expertise.

John was super friendly and polite. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my A/C and also checked all the units in the house to make sure everything was running well. Very professional and efficient—I’d definitely recommend their service and use them again.

Enzo is knowledge, professional and a good communicator , and not was a pleasure working with him. He pinpointed our problem leak which is actually a roofing problem with the vent on the roof leaking in the rain. So it was not a plumbing problem and he listed to my husband and myself carefully and responded in a thoughtful and informed manner. Look forward to working with Atlas Trillo again when needed.

Got a tune up service of our HVAC by Alberto from Atlas Trilli. Not only he was precise, knowledgeable, but gave me advice on how to work through these issues. My maintenance requests will go through only Atlas Trillo from here on.

Water heater replacement. Very quick to respond. Very personable techs. They gave me a fair quote with several price and payment options. They walked me through all of the work they had done. The work was done well and they left the area tidy afterwards. Great service.

All done! My really old but reliable gas furnace suddenly gave up on heating. But the young technician had his magic done quickly and it is now heating like new! Thank you!

The technicians Alphonso & Richie were very courteous and professional. Very knowledgeable. Did an excellent job.

Our service technician, David, went above and beyond. When he arrived, we could smell gas coming from the utility room where the furnace and the water heater are kept (mind you, I had been in that room a day or two before and there was no gas smell). He investigated and found an issue with a fitting on our water heater. He fixed it right then without charging us. He was there to check the furnace. I was so glad and grateful he had come that day and that he saved a potential disaster from occurring. Any company employing people like David is lucky and I’m a customer for life.

Enzo was great! We had a bit of a plumbing emergency where the shower wouldn't turn off, and Enzo was great at quickly getting it fixed. Would highly recommend them!

Alfonso was excellent! Told us when he was coming within the wide window, was very knowledgable and friendly, and did a great job flushing our water heater. Five stars!

Vince came and made an estimate of cost and materials for my new water heater. He was very professional and installed my new Bradford white water heater in a timely way. He did apply a discount. This is the third time I have used this company and have been very satisfied. Grace

Our heater stopped working this morning. I called Atlas & got an appt.for 10AM-2PM. Alejandro Ramirez arrived about 1:45. He determined that our aged thermostat had worn out & installed a new one. He was very professional & efficient. We’re happy.

Alejandro was a knowledgeable, friendly and professional technician. I was very pleased with his ability to explain what he was doing and how my system was working. He performed a heating system tune up for my house.

After my disappointment and complaint I got this appointment after 2 failed NO show by Co, they were exactly as posted earlier by another customer Nathan Willhem, The appointment system requires much attention and improvement! Thanks to Mary and supervisor today I received great make up service from Nick .

Day one I had to wait 5 hrs for the tech who didn’t make it. Explained there was trouble at the job site. Next tech shows up on time. Very knowledgeable, pleasant and got right to work. Fixed everything and got the old furnace purring again. Thx for a great job!! Marian who worked this issue out with me did an amazing job! Always friendly and made sure the job was followed thru. Dispute the delay these 2 employees are outstanding and should be highly valued by Trillo.

Technicians were on time, diagnosed and repaired the furnace problem and were very nice. Supplied a new simple on m-off thermostat to replace my old, over- complicated one! Excellent service. Kudos go especially to Marian in the office for help above and beyond, and to David Downs, technician whose persistence paid off.
