Our technician, Sal Leyva, came across as extremely professional. Given that our old furnace is 71 years old, it's impressive he was able to make it work at all. However, the reality is that it's caked with dirt and dust - it's a safety hazard. We're not willing to risk our family's well-being, so we've decided to replace it. Sal assessed our situation and provided a fair price quote for a new furnace. His professionalism and willingness to work with us put us at ease.
