Fuse saved us over $1K by correctly diagnosing the issue with our AC and not making us pay for an unnecessary service. I really appreciate that. I also have an experience of installing an AC with them at my mom’s place - they did a great job and took care of all permits.

I had an issue with my heat pump. Aleksandr did an amazing job to troubleshoot and fix the issue. While the error message said, “communication fault with outdoor unit”, it was a broken transformer in the indoor unit. The price was fair given the time it took to fix the issue. I’ll be using Fuse going forward.

Installation went smoothly and quality work was done. Aiden gave me a final walkthrough and answered all my questions. The new heat pump HVAC is working nicely.

Thanks to Sergiu G. who did a great and decent job to repair the HVAC heating system for my apartment unit. With his strong troubleshooting skill he was able to tackle the broken parts and suggested different options to bring it to the optimal function. We appreciate very much Sergiu’s hard work today to bring warm heat back into our apartment at this cold winter days. Vladimir from Fuse was able to get my 27 year old heater working by making adjustments. It only took him about 30 minutes. I have used Fuse before and each time they have provided excellent service.

FUSE did a great job. It’s very easy to contact them or get an appointment set/confirmed/notified. My furnace was very old and stopped working. Martin came and checked very carefully to point out all the problems. I was convinced to replace the furnace with a new one. He called FUSE and gave me an estimate with the details quickly. They arranged to get a new unit and came to install it in just a few days. It took Martin two afternoons to remove the old unit and assemble/install the new unit. I was very satisfied with Martin’s dedication and skills. He also answered all my questions clearly. Another good thing is that FUSE can take care of other household problems (electricity, plumbing,etc.). I’ll definitely call them when I need to get something else done.

Austin of Fuse Service and his partner did a good job installing the electrical heat pump. They arrived early and worked late to make sure we can heat the house that same evening. They came back next day to finish fine touches. When Austin discovered that our dryer ventilation cover was missing, he drove to Homedepot, picked out a cover that fits the new dimension, and came back to install it. Thank you, Austin and team!

I installed aftermarket stuff on my compressor to mist the system. That failed and caused the unit to fail. We had a persistent coolant leak, and it seemed time to upgrade to a dual fuel heat pump (our gas furnace is the backup). Vladimir repaired the existing system, and suggested a Daikin. A week later it took from 10 am until about 6:30 PM, but the new heat pump is in. Curiously, it stopped working as they were cleaning up to go, and they discovered the condensation water was backing up and tripped the feature that turns off the system when that happens. They got that resolved and now I'm looking forward to an even more efficient cooling system that is WAY, WAY quieter than the old Lennox rattle-trap.

Everything from the quick diagnosis of the problem by Vladimir, to the somewhat complicated install was well handled.

With a bit of luck, this winter we'll be able to run the heat pump in all but the coldest conditions and so save some $ on our heating costs, and do less planet polluting burning of fossil fuel.

Aiden and Fuse crew were efficient and respectful with our replacement of gas furnace/hvac systems with Daikin heat pumps. Work was completed ahead of schedule, we had 1 day of no heat, but now both upstairs and downstairs systems are working great and we could not be happier. Thanks, Fuse.

I had an issue with our radiant heat boiler. We live in an Eichler and our boiler is getting up there in age - I could find no user manual or other information online. Sergiu was able to diagnose the issue in about 30 minutes and had everything fixed within an hour. He was courteous and friendly and obviously knowledgable. Highly recommend.

We had a new heat pump installed by Henry and Artem this week. They were professional and definitely good skills! They did an awesome job with the installation and cleaned the surroundings very well, highly recommended them!! We are enjoying our new heat pump now :)
