The technician arrived promptly after scheduling and did an excellent job diagnosing the problem - highly competent and courteous. However, despite multiple follow-ups, I never received the promised quote from Megan, which has been weeks overdue. As a result, I've switched to another provider. Initially, the service was very promising, but ultimately fell short due to poor communication regarding costs.

I hired them to diagnose an AC issue, but things went downhill fast. I asked about the diagnostics fee upfront since it wasn't mentioned on their website, and they said $75 with no prior notice of work or price. Instead, they met with someone else in the house who clearly couldn't authorize the work, and instead of calling me to discuss, they just did it. They then sent me a surprise bill for $822 without my consent. The bill was for a Gobi 2 pump ($160 online) plus 3 hours of work at $150/hour - which is laughable considering the replacement takes 15 minutes. When I asked about the overcharge, their only offer was to knock off $75 and then threaten to send me an invoice for unauthorized work to collections.
