This place is a scam. Notice that there are many duct cleaning places in Google Maps that have different names, but their websites are all the same style. They are all the same company, and they probably manipulate their ratings and close down one site when they get bad reviews. My experience: They did not show up during their 3 hour window. I called them multiple times after they missed the window. They confirmed the appointment and said someone would get right back to me. No one ever called me back so I would have to call them again and again Terrible communication and ended up being a no-show; wasted my time.
