samuel was fantastic. i got a call 30 minutes before he arrived, and he showed up right on time, looking professional. he checked out our air ducts, even took a video to show what needed to be cleaned, and we talked about which cleaning package would be the best fit. he explained everything as he worked and handled the unique parts of our home in san jose with no problem. when he was finished, all the areas he worked in were spotless. they were able to come out the very next day, which was super convenient. now, our home smells fresh and clean, and we probably won't need another duct cleaning for years. the service was definitely worth the price. excellent quality! after moving to a new place, i had them clean the ducts again and the experience was just as great.
