Ramiro is a very nice and responsible person. Also his technical knowledge is superb. We asked him to replace our old condenser after he found our issue came from it. He had completed his job in a few hours. Today we had another issue with our AC. He stopped by to see the problem. After checking the AC for 20-30 minutes, he found the problem is caused by a small electrical switch which is not included in the work he had done. But he fixed it for free. He never let me down, as he promised me. I highly recommend him and his company.

Romero and his team are absolutely amazing! Super friendly, very professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They come do yearly maintenance after installing a new system a few years ago. They had to deal with installing not only a new furnace and a/c unit, but my house has three different heating/cooling zones, so not super easy to deal with. They kept me informed of everything that was being done, explaining it so I could understand without speaking down to me. Every time they come to do basic maintenance, it's a positive experience. I will keep working with them for sure!

I had an issue with water leak in my AC furnace and also observed the AC takes little longer to cool the house. I reached out to All fresh temp and Ramiro helped to diagnose the issue. He was pretty quick to come to the house on same day and leaked issue which was related to smaller backflow flow pipes. He also diagnosed my AC has very low refrigerant which was causing slow cooling. He fixed all the issues in a single day. Rates were little on higher side but felt reasonable to get the clean job in quick fashion.

Romero was very quick with the repair, honest about the scope and price for the work, and was able to come save me on a Sunday morning. 10 out of 10, I highly recommend!

At 7pm on Mon Dec 22, we started hearing a consistent and very loud alert beeping from the garage. We didn't know at the time, but this was apparently some kind of system fault alert from the heater. We guessed the alert was from the HVAC so started trying to reach HVAC companies to come out ASAP. The first that we could reach (other than message services) was Eco Systems Heating and Air. Talked to a knowledgable person there and someone was at our door in about 1.5 hours (this was All Fresh Temp, apparently the same owner as Eco). Ramiro looked around thoroughly for the beeping source (like us, couldn't confirm the source). He inspected the heater and showed us cracks meaning the 20 year old heater needed to be replaced. Discussed options and we decided to go with a heat pump replacement for both our AC and heater.

Three people were out the next morning for demolition and to start to install the new components. We were told someone would be there the next morning for finish. Around 1:30 that day (Christmas Eve Day) I texted to check on that and soon after got a call that they were on that way. 5-6 people in 4-5 vehicles converged on our place and started work. They were working until about 7:30pm (Christmas Eve) to finish up the work so we could have heat again. We appreciate them working late and away from their families to finish up (though wonder what happened to the morning start).

Total cost was around $25k (yow, but we assume is in normal range) after a $2k instant rebate. That included removal of our our equipment and insulation replacement.

The employees were always friendly and worked diligently and as a team. If you are sensitive to your things being moved or them borrowing your equipment, I recommend getting those out of the way ahead of time. They always broom cleaned after.

For your sake, stay away! Incompetent on handling boiler issues, lack of professionalism, and dishonest work. I had a terrible experience with Acme. The tech argued with me saying that my storage tank size was causing my boiler to not auto ignite. I know for a fact that was not the issue because I called the manufacturer of the boiler multiple times and they explained that it was a boiler problem. Also, how could the 115 gallon storage tank lead to the boiler getting faults? Ultimately, I called bay city boilers and they got the job done by changing some internals in my boiler. The Acme tech did not even open up my boiler so there is clearly a day and night difference between acme and bay city. Acme just wasted my time by sending a tech who had no idea what he was doing despite have "35 years of experience" which I call bs on. Management seems to not care which is not how a good business should operate and were event more disrespectful than their tech. Moral of my story is, go with another company.

Our air conditioning unit went out right when it started to get hot. I was able to get an appointment the next morning and the technician was promptly there at the beginning of the arrival window. He explained the problem and had it fixed very quickly. Very professional, highly recommend.

So my heater stopped working and I wasn’t thrilled it needed to be repaired. We shopped around and spoke to a few contractors. Ultimately we chose All-Pro and the thing that stood out was the genuine intent to solve my problem not gouge me for money. They offered a reasonable solution for a reasonable price and I felt I could trust them. Post install everything is working great and I definitely feel like I made the right choice.

Had All-Pro install a new heat pump and also relocate the outdoor unit so everything would pass inspection. Not the easiest setup, but they knew exactly what needed to be done and handled it the right way. Permits, inspections, and install were all smooth. Solid workmanship and no shortcuts. Very happy with the result.
