They took special care to carefully remove the vent cover, which had been painted over and was quite stuck to the wall. They completed the cleaning and reattached the cover perfectly, making it look like it was never removed. The team was professional and did an excellent job. We have a stacked washer and dryer with a very tight space to access the vent line inside, plus a long duct to the outside and even a bad odor from a dead animal in the line.
