Anthony was fantastic - my anxiety about a costly fix turned out unnecessary as he carefully examined the issue and came up with a solution. His professionalism and courtesy are truly impressive, especially going the extra mile to fetch the necessary replacement part.

Jose Cayetano delivered top-notch plumbing work, exceeding our expectations. He's consistently reliable, friendly, and gets the job done right. Having used him three times now, I've come to appreciate his professionalism and punctuality. However, I think he charges a bit steeply for repairs - it's clear that costs aren't based on his labor alone. Still, he's earned my trust as a technician.

Disappointing Experience with Poor Post-Sale Support

The team was initially friendly and welcoming during the sales process, but things quickly took a turn for the worse after payment was made.

When the city inspector arrived to conduct a final review, problems were discovered and the permit was rejected. We notified the technician and the company, but no one followed up to address the permit issues despite our repeated attempts to contact them. No one took responsibility or returned our calls to resolve the problem.

This left us with an installed HVAC system without a valid permit, which has been incredibly stressful and unacceptable given the upfront cost. Good customer service shouldn't end once payment is made, especially when city compliance and safety are involved.

I would strongly advise others to exercise caution and ensure that permits and post-installation support are handled properly before making full payment.
