We recently used MasterClean4U's service for a floor deep cleaning and to say that they did great would be an understatement their staff did an amazing job making sure that the areas are not being missed and going over it more than once they are an amazing team and I would be using them in the near future for a deep cleanings.

Needed a my exterior power washed as I had spilled a bit of oil and my houses needed a little exterior clean. From the moment I called I felt like I was in great hands. The estimate they gave me felt like a fair estimate compared to other companies. The crew they sent was very fast and punctual. Would hire again.

After our homes 1st floor was completely gutted due to severe water damage. We called several companies to do a construction clean (fine concrete/wood/drywall dust everywhere). Masterclean4u was the only company that was able to come out the next day for a quote. They came in at a fair price and were able to to schedule us that same week. I recently contacted MASTER CLEAN 4U INC to give me a quote to power wash my patio as it needed serious cleaning. Two people from the company came over to look at the patio and provided me a reasonable quote. I agreed to it. They came over in few days to do the work. The 2 workers arrived on time and did an exceptional job power washing the entire patio and cleaned up the mess. The patio now looks amazing thanks to their outstanding work. I’m very disappointed with the service. The pricing was high, but the quality did not match. The team seemed rushed and unwilling to communicate. They came in, did a quick surface clean, and left.
This was supposed to be a post-construction cleaning for the kitchen, half refrigerator (which was completely skipped), living room, 2 big windows, 1 sidedoor and restroom, with an estimated time of 4 hours. However, they finished in only about 1.5 hours, which showed in the results. Many areas were clearly untouched.
The floors were especially concerning—they had a bad smell afterward, likely because the mop water wasn’t changed or proper cleaning products weren’t used.
I chose them because they did a great job at my sister’s house before, so this was very disappointing. If they were in a rush or had scheduling conflicts, they should not have accepted the job.
