Communicated accurate eta within two hr window, on time, professional, quick, wore shoe covers while working inside and before leaving asked if anything else I needed fixed. Used Ribbs plumbing in past, same excellent service with experience.

Tim Vu was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was going to do, and took pictures of fixtures before and after work was done. We will definitely use this company again, and specifically ask for Tim as our technician. Tim did a great job.

I just wanted to add to my original review,
Tim Vu came over yesterday and did a great job as usual. He rearranged our dryer vent so we could push it back more, he re grouted our bathrooms, and he changed out a supply line under our bathroom sink.The receptionist China has been real nice and easy to talk to. She does a great job in communicating to customers, she schedules the appointment windows,and calls you to let you know when the technician will arrive.
It’s been a pleasure working with this company, I will definitely use them again.

Tim Vu did a great job with our plumbing needs as always. He was eager to do the work for us and kept us informed when he would arrive.
He is very knowledgeable with answers about what bathroom faucets we should buy. Tim also didn’t mind doing a few extra things like caulking etc. He has a friendly personality and communicates with people real well, great customer service.
We will always use Tim Vu for our plumbing needs. Thank you Tim.
