We called Rooter Solutions right before the Christmas holiday for a clogged toilet and water not draining from our washing machine into the drain line. Their response was great! We had just received their discount card in the mail the day before, which at $54 for the service call was right up our alley given the time of year! Hector arrived and took care of the problem. Ernesto arrived to use a camera on our sewer lines because Hector felt we had a major issue, which we did! Long story short, we had to have all sewer lines replaced before Christmas. Ernesto promised the completion before Christmas week. They accomplished that task along with installing new toilets and bathroom sink faucets!
All personnel were professional and efficient! We had a crew of 4-6 people working all day every day. Hector was on site everyday and kept the work flowing. Hector was knowledgeable and very respectful of us and our property. He did an outstanding job!
Ernesto and his team at Rooter Solution were amazing. After Christmas we had them install a new hot water heater and again received excellent service. We cannot thank Rooter Solutions enough for an excellent and professional job, along with competitive pricing.

We had a plumbing blockage in one of our bathrooms and Roland from Rooter Solutions did a fantastic job of cleaning it out. He acted like a true professional and was very quick and courteous

Earlier this month, I called Rooter Solutions for a quote to replace a broken angle stop valve on my toilet (CPVC and old/brittle). They sent out Hector and John, who gave me two options: $385 to replace it or $600 to cut into the wall and stub it out.

I wanted to compare prices, so I got quotes from another company, but Rooter Solutions ended up being the most affordable with their online coupon.

I scheduled a follow-up for 9 AM to 11 AM, and Hector and John/Ernesto (an apprentice) showed up around 10:15 AM. They got to work quickly and were professional throughout the process. I appreciated that they wore booties to keep my floors clean. They shut off the water, drained the lines, and Hector walked John through the replacement.

The whole job was done in about 30 minutes, and they cleaned up afterward. They also took the time to discuss potential future upgrades for my CPVC piping, which was helpful.

With their warranty for plumbing repairs being "one year from the service date", I'm not worried, and I would go with Rooter Solutions again.

Cesar and Francisco were very knowledgeable, personable and showed great integrity getting the job done and making sure I was satisfied and that the job was done right.

Had an excellent experience with Rooter Solutions led by Ernesto and his team. Initially thought it would just be a quick fix with a backed up shower drain but they were able to efficiently identify the problem was much bigger and due to the main cast-iron sewer lines that were rusted out after ~ 60 years. Turned into a huge job that was done very professionally. They were always timely, communicated well via text/email, and coordinated everything including the city inspections. Work was done on time and in the manner as they described.

We finished the whole house re-pipe with them. Cesar, Hector and the plumbing team performed quick work with great care and completeness. Pleasant to work with them on what should be a stressful task.
