Roland was the technician who came out and quickly diagnosed the exact source of the leak in my Bio Bidet. His thoroughness and expertise were immediately apparent as he explained the issue in simple terms and outlined the repair process. I was impressed by his knowledge and professional approach to the problem.
Cesar, the manager, was absolutely awesome throughout the entire experience. He ensured everything ran smoothly, answered all my questions, and made sure the repair was completed to the highest standard. The attention to detail was remarkable - they left my bathroom spotless after completing the work, with no trace they had been there except for a perfectly functioning Bio Bidet!

I had a great experience with Rooter solutions-I had called a few places and was told they would get back to me when they had a plumber available - with no time frame.When I called Rooter solutions - I was told they would have some one within the hour and he actually showed up early! He was able to figure out the problem and fix it in a timely manner even going out of his way to make sure then he put my bathroom back exactly the way it was ! My water heater went out before Nye and I have not had hot water for almost 3 week. I received the part to the fix the water heater last week. Thank goodness for Roland Bonifacio, he was able to replace and install within an hour of coming to my home. I would recommend him for any plumbing needs.

I don’t usually write reviews but this is absolutely deserving of one. Rooter Solutions helped me & my family so much. The service, communication and coordination was top tier. Cesar & Hector’s service was really more than I could have expected. The pipes under our home burst and under the home flooded, these two helped me get in contact with a company that provided the flood rescue service very quickly! Once the flooding was taken care of Cesar & Hector with the help of their team were able to completely, remove, replace and restore all of our pipes including sewage & main waterline. This company was a God send, truly exceptional work and pricing was great and so fair. I would recommend them to anyone I know!

Great experience with Brayan. He was able to fix our clogged bathroom drain. He also was able to run up and get the right part in the right color to replace it on the spot.Brayan went above and beyond and fixed a couple little other things for me, including the kitchen sink filter at no charge. We will definitely be using Rooter Solutions again and will be recommending them on friends and family! Friendly, prompt, reasonable.

We had our main sewage line replaced at our 1967 house after issues with all our toilets and drainage. Cesar and Bryan were wonderful to work with throughout the entire process.

What stood out was when they dug up the line, they found additional problems that would've pushed us over budget. Instead of just quoting the extra cost, they worked with us to find solutions that kept everything within our original price range. That kind of flexibility and understanding made a stressful situation much easier.

The patch-up work after completion was exceptional - you honestly can't tell any digging happened at all. The yard looks like it did before they started.

Adan Gomez did a spectacular job clearing my clogged drain pipe. He was very respectful of my home, explained all the details for a possible repair to the problem, and got it fixed in a very short time. I would recommend this service to anyone. Great job!

We needed to replace our street-facing lateral sewer line. The existing sewer line was a clay pipe 20-feet long that was more than 70 years old. It was broken and dislodged by big tree roots that clogged the sewer line that was a nightmare to maintain.

After a lot of research on the best options with the city, we decided to go with Trenchless Pipe Bursting to avoid trenching into the main street. We contacted no less than 10 plumbing companies to get the best bids with the highest reputation for this kind of specialized work.

We came across Ernesto, Rooter Solutions' owner, who happened to be in the area. We clicked right away. He matched the best offer we got. He knew how to navigate the city permit that required multiple departments' approval as the work required diverting traffic and the city sewer department's involvement.

As promised, within a day, they got the job done. It was highly complex, required lots of coordination with the city. They worked all day to the wee hours of the night and closed it off for the city to approve.

We are very happy with the work. With a 25-year warranty, it was money well spent for the peace of mind of having a functional sewer line.

Just wanted to quickly get on here and give props to this company, specifically the young man named Hector, who quickly came down and solved my issue. My kitchen sink has been giving me issues for a while now. After many issues with prior companies, i found this one who sent out Hector. I was worried we were going to get no where but honestly he came in , very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I explained the issue to him and before he touched the sink, he informed me on what it could be and reassured me that he would do everything he can to make sure this would be a successful and satisfactory visit. After the reassurance he pulled out some tools and unclogged whatever was going on. He also, unfortunately, mentioned that this will only get worse. He called his manager Caesar to come by and in the meantime while he arrived Hector made sure to go under the house (crawlspace) to make sure there was no leaking pipes or no further issues at the bottom. When his manager stopped by they both provided me with a couple options but i’m moving out so we left it at the quick fix and that was that. Thank you Hector I appreciate the help and i will definitely keep this company in mind next time i have plumbing issues come up. Highly recommend!
