Joseph and team were excellent! Responded right away and could have come out the same day if we had replied sooner, but instead came out first thing in morning the next day. They were professional, got down to work right away and did a five star professional installation… at a very reasonable price. It would take long enough to brush your teeth or shave with electric shaver to get hot water in the shower with the old tankless water heater. Now? About 12 seconds… without recirculating pump! When your old water heater goes, call Joe!

When our older water heater started to show it's age, and no longer was providing any hot water, we got in touch with the folks at Water Heaters Only in San Jose. Laura was very helpful, easy to understand and very professional, and were very competitive with their pricing. Loni our installer, was awesome, very informative, fast, clean, and efficient. I would definitely refer Water Heaters Only to anyone else whenever their water heater starts to fail.
