We had a great experience with TN Solar. Nhi was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in designing a system that met our energy needs. The installation team, especially Duong, was professional and efficient. They did a great job with the installation. I've been using the system for a few months now and have already seen a significant reduction in my energy bills. We have also recommended our family and friends to TN Solar and they are extremely satisfied with the service as well. Overall, we are very satisfied with the services.

Bonnie and Sonny are truly among the best installers in the Bay Area. They consistently provide exceptional service and are highly knowledgeable in solar systems. Sonny, in particular, has an extensive understanding of the technology and is always willing to address any questions or concerns. He went above and beyond to assist me with a minor issue I was experiencing, ensuring it was resolved promptly. I highly recommend their services and am extremely satisfied with the installation of my solar system.

Installing Solar with batteries backup is a complex choice. After talking to many vendors (if you've been there, you know how many choices you have), we decided to settle on TN Electrical and Solar since they offered the best prices but also the most transparency in terms of what they offered. Unlike many other shops, they do everything in house.

Working with Nhi has been very straightforward, she always answered any question I had in usually a few minutes.
Nhi has very extensive expertise in the field, and Sony (field director who oversees the installation process and follows up with inspection) is a pleasure to work with as well as being very talented.

My system consists of 10 panels with 2x Tesla Powerwall 3, everything was installed in a single day. The team worked through scorching heat to make sure everything was done in time and minimized disruption for us.

I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to do solar, or if they want to upgrade their system.

My TN experience has been smooth and easy. Got both of my family properties done through TN and was very pleased with their excellent services. TN Electrical and Solar was able to send someone the same day I contacted them. He was able to fix the issue pretty quickly, and we went through a few different tests to make sure everything was right before he left.

After signing a solar and battery contract with a different company and waiting 4 months with no work done, I gave up on them and found TN Electrical and Solar. From first contact to final inspection took literally one week.

I was amazed by the turnaround time, having wasted 4 months with the other company. The work was not only done quickly, it was done methodically, neatly and correctly. No corners were cut to save time. And the cost was lower than the other contractor. A large team of installers (8 or 9) worked in parallel to get the job done.

Based on this experience I recommended TN Electrical and Solar to a coworker, whose job was also done quickly, methodically and correctly once the work permits were granted by his city.

After initially talking to Tesla which was unforgettable experience in a bad way I was referred to TN Solar by a friend. I'm so glad I went with TN Solar because their customer service is probably their best selling point. Tesla should take lessons from them. TN Electric and Solar installed solar panels and two storage battery packs in October. And I cannot be happier. It was a very pleasant experience. The installation was flawless with a group of professional, efficient and courteous installers led by Sunny. There was a little hiccup (low voltage power went out and doorbell and thermostat stopped working), but Sunny put them in order in no time.

In addition, Hanh (owner) took care of everything including the permit and PTO application and followed up with PG&E to make sure that PTO is issued asap.

Pricewise, it was more competitive than any other contractors I talked to. Schedule-wise, it was also the best. Once I signed the contract, it was done within a week while other companies talked about at least a few months long lead time.

I would wholeheartedly recommend TN Electric and Solar to anyone interested in solar and battery storage.

The owner Nhi , is helpful and goes above and beyond, and her installer “Hristo Eatrada” is a real professional in the solar sector, be it micro inverter, hybrid ,on-grid or off grid or pure battery systems, Hristo has knowledge about everything. Within two days they completed my solar installation that too on a high slope tiled roof, its been 3 months now , my PG&E bill used to be in the range of 400-500 it has come down to just $30 now. They are well versed for all kinds of roofs and i bet you would never find any one more honest like TN solar, there is this SunRun, Solar-city… all of them would try to put you into a 30 yr loan, TN tells you the cost right away without any hidden costs… and I bet they are the most economical along with delivering the best of solar installation.
