Even while explaining complicated technical issues, he remained encouraging and hopeful, helping us feel less helpless during a stressful situation.

It is rare to meet someone who combines professional expertise with such humanity and generosity. Mr. Donald M. Araki is exactly that kind of person — knowledgeable, curious, experienced, honest, and deeply compassionate.
