I have used the service for over 28 years and they still came through on my next property. They said exactly what they were going to do when they were going to do it. I am truly satisfied with Rayne San Jose.

I have very very high customer service standards and every interaction with Rayne they have exceeded any expectations I have. Friendly, professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable and more. This is a company I truly want to do business with.

Rayne Tech Marilon did a magnificent job handling our unit. Very careful about protecting hardwood floors and brick steps. Give that man I bonus!!

Arthur from Rayne Water was knowledgeable and efficient. During the service he installed new filters. It was easy, quick and well worth the price.
The water taste great. -
BEWARE. They have been testing our home water for almost a year, and the result is consistently wrong. They sent multiple people to check and change the test, but none fixed it. They claimed it’s 1 grains but when we tested it ourselves (and validated with other companies), it’s 8 grains. Wasted so much time / effort with this company. The absolute worst!

These guys only have the service of changing the tank every 28 days, and I tried to go every other month since the kids are no longer home, and that is not allowed.
I then asked for a smaller tank, and the price difference between a medium tank and a large tank we have is $~5. Not happy about their options and pricing. Allowing an every-other month options will be valuable. -
I've had Rayne Water since 2001. At first they were great. Over the past several years their tanks are causing a loss of water pressure. It started slowly and I would have to have them come out a couple of times a year to replace bad tanks. Now, I have had 3 bad tanks in a row. The bypass is essential because they often take several days to replace the bad tank. When I asked to speak with a manager about tank testing, they said no one was available. All I think they need is a testing process be put in place and tanks that test bad be removed from service. I am hoping to get this resolved tomorrow. Either way I will update my review.

I just signed up with the San Jose dealership. I like the product. My water feels much better. My laundry and dishes are much cleaner. So all of that is good. I am less enamored of their office staff. The sales representative tried to push me into meeting with her on a day that I'd already made clear didn't work for me. She then showed up nearly a half hour early to our appointment and overcharged me to set up the service and for my first month's cost. The company then failed to credit my account for the installation and first month's service that she had overcharged me for. They also promised me a larger tank but delivered a smaller tank and still charged me for the larger tank. The difference in cost is very minimal, but it was one more sort of questionable event. I tried to find the name of the owner on the San Jose company (not the corporate) website, so I could have let him or her know directly. But I couldn't find it. Under "contact" they give only a form to send an electronic message. Good thing they have a good product. I hope the rest of it gets better from here.

Art was sent by Rayne to ensure that my rental water softener was working properly.
He checked the entire unit, found a few things that needed attention. He corrected and lubed my entire unit. Keeping me aware of what he found. Then before leaving, he offered to help me put a bag of salt into the unit. Cleaned up the work area and wished me a good day. Very professional. -
We had a Rayne reverse osmosis system under the kitchen sink for a couple of decades. When we replaced the kitchen counters and sink, we decided to try a different type of water filter which was top-rated by Wirecutter and Amazon. While it was inexpensive and easy to self install, the water tasted awful and it left mineral deposits in our countertop hot water pot. So we bit the bullet and went back to Rayne.
Don Echols, the consultant, was easy to talk with and very helpful. Once we made the decision, the installation went quickly and smoothly. The newer RO system doesn't take up quite as much space under the sink as the old one. The water tastes great. No deposits in our hot water heater. All in all, it was worth it to get a great system, pay someone to do the installation, and enjoy the peace of mind of a very long warranty.
