At first google reviews led me to not trust this company but after friendly recommendation and 1 year later I couldn't have chosen a more efficient and reputable company to restore my water-logged kitchen.

Food was Great! Ordered the Honey walnut Shrimp. Was amazing and I would order again!!! Waiter held me at gunpoint and the Receptionist threatened to shank me but great, quick Service regardless.

I'm extremely thankful for this company, the past couple of weeks have been rough especially during this pandemic. This company works with passion and the results really do show. This is the first time I've had to deal with any sort of water damage in my home, its extremely stressful and Ikon made the process smooth for my wife and I.

I made the mistake of using this company to pack up, store, and put back the contents of my lower room in my home, as part of a slab leak repair process. I too trusted my insurance company and just went with their recommendation. the first part of the process went well. the crew seemed to pack up everything in a safe and organized manner, taking many pictures and documenting everything as a way to be able to put things back exactly as they were. that's where the organization ended though. even though the storage container was just in front of our home, we were not given a key to it. there were multiple times that we needed to get something and simply couldn't. your belongings are basically held hostage. after months of work on my home (not performed by Ikon), it was time to have Ikon put everything back into my home, finally! my contractor called them and was told they would not do it yet because they had not yet deposited the check they already received from our insurance company. really?!? we were told it would be another week until the check would clear. a week later, I got a phone call from Ikon. I needed to endorse the check from the insurance company. really?!? obviously they still hadn't deposited it. they told me they would not proceed until the check was endorsed and cleared at the bank. at this point I was mad. my belongings were being held hostage because they forgot to deposit a check. I finally convinced them to proceed before the check cleared at the bank. (it's not like the check from the insurance company was going to bounce). they scheduled a day to move my belongings into my home a few days later. when they showed up, I was dropping my daughter off at school, but my wife was home. they would not proceed until I signed the check. really?!? they even told my wife that because her name wasn't on the check, she wasn't the homeowner. (not true). I called Ikon once again and was able to somehow convince them to proceed before I got home. the crew that moved everything back into my home was different than the one that packed things up. these guys did things very quickly and didn't put many things where they were supposed to be. they did random things that didn't even make sense, never asking us anything as how to place things. we left to go get lunch and told them we'd be back at 2pm. we got home at 2pm and they were gone. it seemed as though they just hurried up and "finished" before we got home as a way to avoid having to actually put things where they belonged. i noticed many things not put together correctly. a shelf was missing a screw which supported the weight of the speakers. the shelf was bending due to the weight and lack of a screw. I called Ikon. they said that they were "concerned" about that and tried to find the screw and such. so concerned that they never brought it to my attention?!? really?!? they basically said that the screw was missing before they packed up the shelf, which was not true. I had to go find a replacement screw at Ace hardware. other examples include mirrors and pictures not hung, items being placed into the wrong places, etc.. all in all, I'm disappointed in this company and would definitely NOT recommend using them. this slab leak situation was a big learning experience. and one of the things I've learned was that you should never trust the companies your insurance company recommends. the plumbing company was terrible too.. there are many companies that do work solely for insurance claims, and now I see why. the insurance companies likely give these companies kickbacks and vice versa.

The team at Ikon was great..... starting with the project manager Anthony Lopez , he answer all my questions and was on time to every appointment, checking on all details, the repair man,Fernando was great, on time, did great work, going the extra step each time, was polite and courteous and cleaned up after each repair! Thanks to the whole crew I now have my bathroom And guest bedroom complete And ready to use,,,, Thanks, Thanks!!!!!

Heed my warning DO NOT USE this company. I wouldnt let them restore a dog house. We had a leak in our kitchen, ikon began work to restore my kitchen in September 2019 with a completion time of 4-6 weeks. It is now January 2020 and my kitchen is still not complete. I have had 2 different cabinet makers and they are the worst. They dont seem to be able to follow instruction or a draft. I have a cabinet that is hung wrong. With unnecessary hole drilled into the side of my beautiful new cabinets. I am lucky if workers come to my home once a week. the cabinet makers make my husband and I feel like this is their side job and dont want to be working in our home.i still dont have my kitchen sink or dishwasher installed. My refrigerator is still in my dining room. The floor is not complete. I am so sad and angry. I wish we had used another company.

I had the pleasure to deal with Matt of Ikon, and he was a person of ethics, professionalism and so easy to work with. They were able to rebuild and restore the water damaged area on time and under budget. They took care of all our needs and besides being good at what they do, most of all they were very clean. Thank you Matt for a great job. Highly recommend them.

We had Ikon Builders to do our kitchen remodel and It came out soooooo great! Matt is really cool and helped us a lot along the way. This was our first time doing a remodel and of course you hear horror stories of mountains of change orders and weirdo workers, none of that happened for us, it was quite the opposite. They worked within our budget and never pressured us with upsells, definitely honest people that want their customers happy.

Also all of the guys coming in and out of the house all the time were very nice and friendly and it was the same team throughout the whole project which we appreciated. Very happy with the remodel!

Usually insurance company recommendations aren't to be trusted, but my husband and I decided to take a chance on this one as our kitchen was in-operable due to a fire at the time, and they are highly reviewed online and their office is nearby. And wow, just wow... After 9 months I am astonished with the professionalism and the quality of work. I can't speak for every sub-contractor, but they processed change orders and didn't hesitate to speak with me about any of my concerns, and they made me feel right.

Ikon Builders was referred to us by our insurance company. We recently had a slab leak in our home and all I can say is that I am amazed by their work. They did an amazing job, I also had to re paint my entire home Marcos and Mario did an excellent job. Great communication amongst the whole crew from the office to the project manager. I will definitely use them again.

Very disappointed with their service. Had no choice but to use them because they are a preferred provider for an insurance claim. They installed new floors, walls in our bathroom, and other things. Hiccups throughout the project, but as we were pressed for time, had to accept the issues. We were advised that all of the work they did is covered by their warranty, and to notify them of any issues immediately.

The toilet roll holder they installed fell off the wall a few weeks after the job was done. After much pushing, they sent someone to repair it. Fell off the wall again. Notified them immediately. Didn’t get a response for a week. They then stated that the issue wasn’t covered by the warranty without an explanation. Have been trying to get an explanation for weeks now, but emails and calls are not returned.

If your insurance tries to force IKON on you, say no.

Ikon Builders were an absolute pleasure to work with, especially in a really trying time. We had water damage due to a neighbor’s leaky pipe and I was in over my head with knowing where to even begin. Starting with Selena, who walked me through each and every step, answering every question I had (and there were quite a few) promptly and kindly- I immediately felt like I was in good hands. First, they did drywall removal and drying, Alex and Israel came by every day (calling first to make sure it fit in with the baby’s nap and distance learning) to check on equipment and make sure we weren’t running it longer than necessary. Then Brent came to look around and see what they had to do and to make sure I didn’t feel like- hey our job is just to do this one spot... I never felt like they were just in it for the money. You can tell this company takes a ton of pride in not only their work but taking care of their customers so they feel whole. And anyone who has had to have home damage fixed knows it’s rough... Anthony was my project manager and was available to talk through calls and texts. And then Carmen, who oversaw the end of the project. Each team member is professional, kind, and invested in the success of the projects.
This is the kind of company you want to take care of your most precious asset, your home.

We are very thankful that Justin with IKON builders was our project manager.  He held us by the hand and walked us step by step through the whole process leaving no stone unturned.  He informed us regularly on each phase of the project, what had been completed and what was to expect next.  He even called on the weekends to just make sure we were ok.  I have friends that had gone through this similar situation and they said their process was a nightmare.  Our experience with Justin was a complete 180 degree from their experience.  He made our situation calming and palatable considering we were displaced for a time.  I would highly recommend IKON builders and make sure you ask for Justin!!  --

WOW—just WOW! Professional, clean, and the whole crew did great work!

I had a bazillion things on my list that needed to be done at my house and IKON delivered! The team arrived on time and walked through everything to ensure they knew exactly what I wanted. Jose and Fernando worked quickly through each of the projects, cleaning up as they went. In fact—my floors were cleaner when they left, than when they arrived!! Ha! In addition to all the work I needed done, I also needed to flip-flop two bedrooms (contents and furniture). Erik and Adam were so easy to work with. They took pictures of all the items on the bookshelves and made sure they put them up in the other room in exactly the same way. They even added additional hardware to my son’s loft bed to make it sturdier and safer for him. And of course—they finished with a vacuum of both rooms! I am so grateful to the entire Ikon team—including my project manager, Matt. This was seriously first-class service—professional, clean, great communication, and super friendly people to work with. Thanks for everything!

Several months ago my water heater failed and leaked water all over my laundry room. A lot of repair was need. A big thanks to Pat Rudolph and his team for the excellent job they have done. It looks just like new. I would certainly recommend them for any jobs where fine detail work is needed.
