The technician from Crystal Vent & Air Duct Cleaners showed me a picture of the inside of my vents before he started. It was full of gray dirt and looked terrible. He used a big vacuum for the air duct cleaning and took another picture after he was done. It was completely empty and clean. I am happy I saw the big difference with my own eyes.

San Juan Capistrano is famous for the swallows, but it's not cute when they want to make a nest near your outside vent hoods. We had a blockage in one of the ducts, causing airflow issues and an odd scratching sound. Crystal Vent & Air Duct Cleaners came out, removed the nesting properly, and performed an air duct cleaning to disinfect the area where the debris had fallen. They also put a mesh guard so it doesn't happen again. I am so happy to have a normal airflow and the potential health issue is gone!

We used the business for application of fabric protection for our new mohair kitchen bench chairs. The color of the fabric was preserved and the service was performed professionally.

This company is simply terrible. Purchased a light-color sofa at the advice of a "designer"---and had Ultra Guard come over the day after it arrived to apply protectant. Then Covid happened and the sofa was used virtually not-at-all. Recently, we've been able to have guests over, but still, the sofa has had light use--- it's in a living-room rather than family room. After light normal use, the sofa became discolored----as if there was no protectant at all. I reached out to the rep, Gloria Alford and she was immediately defensive. She claimed it was my fault for not buying a maintenance package---and that something must have spilled on it. Simply not the case. She asked for photos which I sent. She failed to respond. I reached out again---nothing. It's clear she saw that there was ZERO protection on the sofa----and that I paid a lot of money for seemingly nothing. GO ELSEWHERE-----

I used Ultraguard to protect my 1928 Walter Nichols Chinese Art Deco rug. As expected, it took the right amount of hours to dry in place, and the solution did not do any damage to the rug. You can also hire them to protect your upholstered Furniture and Window Treatments.

Used Ultra Gaurd to protect my new sectional and rugs - so far so good! They also did some spot cleaning on another sectional of mine and it looks basically brand new. Love their 5 year warranty for any additional spot cleaning as well. Definitely recommend if you invest in quality furnishings!

I can't say enough about this company. After installing my new furnishings, my designer suggested that I call Ultra-Guard to protect my new upholstery and rugs. With two children and an Australian Shepherd puppy, this sounded like a good idea. They were professional from the very beginning. They furnished me with a written proposal and information about their service. After approving the proposal, we made an appointment to have them come out. I was again impressed by their operation. They arrived wearing masks and booties and surrounded the pieces before spraying with drop cloths for the over-spray. We stayed out of their way in another room, but the odor from the spray was extremely light and not unpleasant. And to my amazement, the furniture was dry within 5 hours and we were sitting on it in the evening. We haven't had any spills yet but a couple of puppy accidents blotted right up. We have a 5-Year Service Warranty just in case. We haven't had many service people we rave about but we tell everyone we think has a need to call them.

We used Ultraguard to clean an ottoman and also protect several pieces of high-end furniture. We had to have the technician come back out to re-clean the ottoman and Victoria was extremely responsive, fast and helpful in getting that done. I will say, if you purchase the five-year warranty and you live in the city limits, there is a $125 fee for the technician to come and clean any stain. We weren’t told this before we purchased the warranty, so I’m quite disappointed in that regard.
