I had OLP do some maintenance work on my landscape lighting.
My original appointment was for Tuesday, but OLP called on Sunday to reschedule for Monday because rain was scheduled for Tuesday.
The OLP team showed up promptly at the scheduled time and inspected my current landscape lighting setup. After their assessment they repaired and replaced the items that needed attention. At no time was there any attempt to upsell.
Ed and his partner were prompt, pleasant and professional.
I will use OLP in the future for all my outdoor landscape lighting needs.

Ed was our technician and he, along with Chris, did a fabulous job on our lights - in front and in back. This is a huge property and it was a lot of work. Ed and Chris were spectacular, always on time, very professional and always got the work done when they said they would. I would highly recommend Outdoor LIghting Perspectives.

I cannot rave enough about this company! Of the lighting companies in my area, I chose this one because I discovered it was a woman-owned business, and I wanted to support that. Laura, herself arrived to hear my needs and walk through my property. She knew as much as any electrician I've met over the years, and she explained what was not working and why in a way that I could assimilate. She HEARD how much I could afford to do and didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need, which has been my experience in the past when I needed renovations or repairs to our home. Brent and Ed came back with her another day, and instead of selling me on ALL new lighting fixtures, they were able to work with what I had and repair them and upgraded them with new LED lights. (Another company who came insisted they needed to put in all new fixtures, which would have cost WAY over what I had in my budget.) I could only do the front of my house this year, and it looks amazing! I will do the back of my house with them next year. If I could give more stars I would!

Unfortunately, we have grown accustomed to poor customer service in just about everything that we encounter in American consumerism. Happily, this is not the case when dealing with Outdoor Lighting Perspectives. From start to finish this crew is flawless and surpassed all expectations. We found them to be knowledgeable, professional, on time and very accommodating to change orders. My wife and I could not recommend them highly enough. Outstanding customer service!
