Showed consideration of my busy schedule. They then assigned me one of their repair experts. He's here too early and did a perfect job diagnosing and repairing my Kitchenaid dishwasher. Everything was fixed within an hour, and the repair was of good quality, super satisfying.

I called Itech Appliance Repair early in the morning, and Jose asked for my washing machine’s model number because he already had an idea of what the issue might be. He came prepared with the necessary part and gave me an estimated arrival time—and he showed up the very same day.

Jose quickly repaired the washing machine, showed me the faulty part, and tested everything to make sure it was working properly. He was professional, efficient, and very responsive throughout the entire process. Most importantly, his prices are reasonable.

I plan to call him again for my refrigerator and will definitely be recommending him to my family and friends.

My LG washer had an error code that required a small new part to work and couldn't wait for my home warranty since I was traveling out of town. I called Joselito today, a Sunday afternoon, and he said if he had the part he could come the same day. A few hours later, Joselito arrived when he said he would, took apart the washer with expertise and saved the day. Highly recommend Joselito and iTech Appliance Repair.

Jose was great -- responsive, prompt, professional. I reached out on the weekend when my washing machine got stuck mid-cycle. He provided a reasonable quote ahead of time, brought the right spare parts with him, and came by same day to got the repair done (in under an hour). I would absolutely call on iTech Appliance in the future should any other appliance break down.

Jose was a delight to work with. I sent out a request for a repair on my refrigerator and he immediately swooped in like a hero. Short notice, SAME-DAY repair and was done quick as well; he even taught us conceptually what was wrong with our fridge! if I ever need anything repaired I DEFINITELY know who to contact. Joselito fixed my stove top and dryer quickly. The process was very simple! I called, he came and checked it out, and within an hour, everything was working. He's a very nice guy, and his repair prices are affordable.

As soon as he fixed the dryer, I immediately dried my clothes. The dryer work fine the first time I dry clothes, but the second time, the clothes never dry completely. I contacted him that same day, but a week has passed and he still hasn't replied to any of my messages.

I don’t recommend this business. Before calling them, I did extensive diagnostics on my dishwasher and even replaced the control board myself, but the issue persisted. When Jose arrived, I shared all of this context. After his own checks, he insisted the control board was still the problem and that the one I installed must have been defective. He recommended buying another board from a different vendor. I followed his advice, but the new board made no difference—the problem remained exactly the same. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Jose or this business.

This the 2nd time Jose has helped us out with our appliance. Our Maytag dryer stopped working completely. I text Jose the day it went out and he came to check it on it the next day. He thought it could be the door switch and thankfully he told me to get the part off Amazon, overnight it and watch the YouTube video to do it ourself. He was trying to save us money. Like I said he's helped us out a couple times trying to save us money and is trustworthy.
We listened to his advice, ordered the part and replaced it pretty easily. A lot of other companies would have charged so much money for a $6 part and less than 30 minutes of time to fix. We know we can count on him and his service.
I'd recommend him to family for sure!

Our freezer decided to stop freezing, which was a bit of a panic with all the food in there. Called them, and they were out here pretty quick, found the problem, and got it working optimally again. If your freezer's on the blink, I'd highly recommend them.
