Fast in reciving took only 15 min to unload .just do not get confuse in shiping directions. The signs for trucks entrance verg confusing for first timer.

I have been calling one source for about a week trying to find an electrical part service and the phone lines are not available. I got their answer machine and their voicemail box is full multiple times. It’s very disappointing that I can’t contact anybody or get a reliable contact for me to get what I need from San Leandro one source department disappointing. Disappointing

Forklift guy this morning was so polite and got me unloaded in less than 9 minutes.
As a truck driver, this is the best place to deliver. Especially forklift drivers being polite and exceptionally professional at what they do.

Fantastic! Came in for a small part needed to complete my project. Jay Ryan helped me and he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and helpful. These guys have the **best service**. Thanks Independent Electric and Jay for coming through where the big guys (Platt, Rexel) fell flat!!

Delivery , very nice people there, came around 8am , was unloaded within 45 minutes , 3 trucks were there for delivery before me , I believe it first come first served . Thanks .

Great customer service from all employees I've interacted with. People I have met only once remembered my name the next time I dropped by and the put a lot of effort into getting the material I need. Best supply house around.

Super helpful staff, helped make sure I got everything I needed for my project and the price ended up being under what I had projected in my budget.

Be aware that a lot of their stock is in the Hayward store, so if you put in an order you might need to wait to pick it up the next day.

Clean shop, good staff and sounded very knowledgeable even for a contractor visit. Most of these contractor stores are usually busy without the customer service aspect nor the desire to have a presentable clean shop. This place is the opposite, which was pleasant.
