Amazing job. Right from the start, communication was quick and so responsive to change! Very empathetic to the challenges of moving and changing times. Wore a mask at all times and booties and was very efficient. The cleaning outcome was amazing- beyond what I thought was possible for the carpet. I would highly recommend and use again!

Said they would come early then showed up late. Quoted $184 for a 3 bedroom home then tried to double the price on scene, but I told them no and talked them down on the price.. Two technicians damaged my walls and chipped the paint with the hose. They SOAKED my carpets!!! I didn't see any steam so my guess is this is water and suction carpet cleaning.. Said they'd do a double extraction of the water for quicker dry time but that didn't happen. Then their carpet cleaning machine broke down. Said they would get another van and come back. They took two hours to come back then proceeded to do my living room in 15 minutes, no double water extraction. There was also a new blue stain that appeared AFTER carpet cleaning on my light tan carpet that is only 5 years old. They said it would take 7 hours to dry. Over 24 hours later and my carpets are still wet!!! They left debris and garbage in my driveway that I had to call and have them come back to clean up. I do not recommend this company as I did not have a good experience. 👎🏾

A month ago, I hired Janeth to clean my mom's master bathroom and sliding glass door & tracks. My mom's bathroom hasnt had a good deep cleaning in 5 years. I was in a time sensitive situation as my mom was being discharged from the hospital and I needed professional cleaning right away. Janeth quoted me a fair and reasonable price, she also had an assistant with her as well. Janeth was on time and went above and beyond to get my mom's bathroom clean and sanitized. She literally wiped down the walls, dusty vents, she made the shower and vanity look like new. Also, her assistant did a beautiful job cleaning the tracks of the sliding door. We greatly appreciate Janeth's excellent service. Apologies to Janeth for writing a delayed review. I would definitely recommend her business and request her service in the future. Effective Is , hands down, the penultimate effective cleaning service I’ve encountered.

Over the course of nearly 40 years, I’ve had one previous meticulous housecleaner, and a series of others who did not clean
well or would accidentally break things. Or worst of all, would clean and put things back haphazardly where I could not find stuff. Books on the bookshelves is the prime example. Refrigerator arrangement and spice rack arrangement are others. (Have you ever been in the midst of cooking and then reach for an herb or a spice only to find out they weren’t there in a familiar place?)

I just about given up on housecleaners when a general contractor referred me to Effective Cleaning. The cleaning team came in and spent two days deep cleaning my place. I could feel the difference immediately in the quality of air and pristine surface and appliance cleanliness.

Plus, in the last four years of Effective coming in, I’ve only had to ask once were a stack of photos were. Turns out it was behind another stack of photos, but in the exact same place.

The owner of affective has exacting quality control standards, and ensures that her teams follow them to the hilt. No matter which team comes, I can be sure that I will get a thorough cleaning job. It has gotten so that I ask them what else they should do next. Oftentimes they will proactively target an area of concern. The result? An effective and thorough cleaning job.

I wholeheartedly recommend Effective! The owner is personable and communicates clearly so that there’s very little chance of miscommunication.
