We had a backed-up sewer line which runs 227 feet to the main sewer. After contact a few other plumbing companies no one seemed to want to help up with this problem. I contacted Costello Plumbing and they responded to our need within 1-1/2 hours. They were able to clear the blockage within 45 minutes. They were very professional and accommodating and price was very reasonable.
On another occasion we had a broken drainpipe in our Master Bathroom, it was on a Sunday. I sent an e-mail off and the owner responded to me via text within 1 hour. We schedule an appointment for the following Monday afternoon, they showed up early, made the repair and everything was good. Once again, they were very professional and accommodating. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. -

After dealing with the same plumbing issue at our shop for over 10 years, Gary and Miguel from Costello’s Plumbing were the first to actually diagnose and clearly explain what was going on.
Their honesty and expertise saved us about $7,000 in unnecessary repairs. Instead of pushing expensive work, they told us the truth and pointed us in the right direction.
Hard to find that kind of integrity these days. Highly recommend Costello’s Plumbing. Huge thanks to Gary and Miguel.

Called Costello’s Plumbing Company around 4pm and spoke with Gary, who immediately arranged for someone to come out by 5pm since I needed urgent help with a clogged toilet.
The technician, Miguel, was extremely helpful and kept me in the loop the entire time, especially since I wasn’t onsite. He shared photos and called me throughout the process so I always knew what was going on. Had I called another company, I likely would’ve spent more money, but he was honest and fair about what actually needed to be done.
I couldn’t get any other company to come out since many were close to closing, but Costello’s still made it happen. On top of that, the pricing was fair.
It’s so rare to find customer service like this these days. Really appreciate the honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend!
