Grease trap in my restaurant needed TLC and Jose showed up in a short notice and took care of the issue right away. He also offered to clean my hood and power wash my oven and trash containers. He went over and beyond. Five star service!!

When my hood fan failed at 7pm on a Friday evening, I crossed my fingers and contacted Jose at TLC. He was able to get a crew out to me the following morning despite the late notice. The technicians were on time and did the work cleanly and professionally. Pricing was competitive.

I would give Jose a five star but I've never met him.
He has great reviews and is super knowledgeable, but you have to wait a long time to get an appointment. I have waited two weeks. He must be great to be this busy! Still, I don't mind waiting.

This is my third time using their service and I would love to recommend them to any restaurant who need to clean their hood. They made it extra clean and their prices are reasonable. They are also responsive to any special request or questions I had. They will provide professional suggestions and solution to anything they spotted unusual. I had TLC come over to my restaurant on an emergency situation. They were VERY reasonable and got the work done in about 4 hours after I closed my business. One thing I really liked was how knowledgeable the gentleman was that serviced my hood. I’d definitely contact them for any hood service again.. although I probably won’t need any anytime soon.

You gotta love their hood cleaning service. Joe’s Pho has been using TLC for the past years and very happy. TLC also gives free advise on keeping your equipments clean before and after scheduled maintenance.
