In march 2015, I had water damage due to failure of restroom valve. I called David for help to come over to restore and to clean our carpet . I was worried about molds which could be introduced due to moisture. David was very knowledgable and very professional. Using proper equipment, he was able successfully dry house including all walls . After all was dried, he restored and clean carpet . I run mold test and test came negative. I am very happy with his performance . I feel very lucky that he was able to save my house .

Next time I need a cleaner, or you have a water damage, David is the guy I will go to. Highly recommended!

KMC is the best ive experienced so far after looking for carpet cleaners for over 5 years. The estimate was dead on and very engaging through out the process. I used to go to another company that was in San Leandro, but they didn’t pick up or drop off for Livermore. KMC offered to pick up and drop off our shaggy, sheep-woolly 11’x8.5’ area rug that our dog also lays on. It was back in our living room after 2 weeks, and very very clean. They have amazingly great and friendly service as well. I would definitely recommend them, and will be using them again.
