Vinney Oliver had come out to my mother in-laws home and changed out a circuit board in her heater. This saved us thousands on chaging out system that we did not need estimates from other contractors.
We are also Electrical contractors and Olivers service was outstanding for us and our clients whom we referred.

Vinnie and Dee are awesome. My heat pump died and they helped me replace the entire system for 2500 less than two other bids. I called them on Sunday and they were at my house first thing Monday. They explained the problem and gave me a bid for a complete replacement. It was 2500 less than two other bids. They were able to schedule me for replacement on Wednesday and by 4pm Wednesday I was up and running. During the install they were great at explaining all of the details as I poked around and asked lots of questions. Everything has been up and working smoothly now for several days. I don't write a lot of reviews but they were so good I really wanted to go out of my way to spread the word.

If there are more than 5 stars to rate this company, Oliver Heating and Air (Vinnie and Dee team) surely deserves more. 2 weeks ago, before this excessive heat felt all over the Bay Area, specially in Tri-Valley, they were able to replace our AC. The previous estimate and recommendation from another heating company was to replace both the ac/furnace at same time (18 year old units), where with Vinnie's assessment, we only need the AC. Vinnie and Dee saved us tons of money. They came on time, was very respectful of our property, explained the whole process, they are the best contractors we have met! No wonder they are fully booked! Just like what a retired HVAC guy who recommended Oliver Heating and Air, "I trust Vinnie my life!" Thanks Vinnie and Dee. You are the best!
