We are so impressed with One Lawn and Attilio in particular. He not only came out once- but twice! -in order to measure and discuss our project, ensuring we understood the various options and pricing for those parts of our project. We were very impressed with the quality of the material and their goal of using only products that are recylable and safe for family needs. Thank you Attilio for a great experience!

We have an in-home daycare, and the playground was covered in bark which was horrible – the kids would get so dirty and not to mention that the neighborhood cats used it as a litter box but now we have an absolutely beautiful playground for the kids with the artificial turf we had installed by Onelawn. We are just so thrilled with the way it turned out, and we are extremely pleased with the service from Onelawn. From the initial quote to the final inspection everything went so smooth and everything was done on time as promised. We definitely recommend Onelawn. Oh, and our dog really loved rolling around on it too!

Great place if you need your old grass replaced with beautiful synthetic turf that will need no water and always look green.

The product is great. 1 star removed because neither my garden nor the driveway where products were stored were cleaned properly after the installation and I'm still cleaning some of it up 3 weeks after installation.

Update to my post below. Darryl the owner of Onelawn reached out to me directly about my review within hrs after my post. I'm satisfied with his explanation and currently working with Darryl directly.

I generally don’t provide reviews but in this case I felt necessary to provide a review based off the lack of customer service provided by Onelawn

I had heard about Onelawn from a family member who had their artificial turf installed as well as recommended Onelawn to a close family friend who also had turf installed.

I had opened a “contact me” form via the OneLawn web site around 5/1. Didn’t hear anything for a week so I contacted OneLawn via phone. Which I should have done from the get go.

I talked to Justin at Onelawn on 5/9 and he set me up with Anthony to provide an estimate on 5/11.

Anthony showed up on 5/11, Wednesday and told me the ins and outs of how they install and that he would provide me a written estimate Friday 5/13 or possibly Monday via email. He would let me review and he would follow up in a couple days later to discuss to see if I had any questions. I receive the estimate late Tuesday night 5/17. Based off the estimate and knowing what my family paid and their friends, I felt the written estimate was a bit “high”. I waited to review the estimate with Anthony via phone as he called out in our initial meeting.

Over a month goes by with no call from Anthony. Anthony finally calls just before the July 4th weekend asking me “when are you ready to install”. Who does this after not following up for over a month after the initial proposal was provided? I proceed to tell him that I thought the proposal was a bit on the high side…….Anthony’s response was ok as he was going to hang up. I told him to hang on, I’m interested, but he needs to work on the pricing. He proceeds to tell me that he’ll look into it. We are now over 8 weeks after the conversation and no call or email.

I sent an email on 8/24 as a follow up to both Justin and Anthony if there was any luck to discuss the proposal that was provided to me on 5/17. As of 9/6 no response from either Justin or Anthony.

I’m a bit disappointed that there was no follow up and something could not been worked out to use Onelawn based off feedback from my family and friends on the enjoyment of their turf.

Absolutely thrilled the way the synthetic turf and putting green turned out. From initial consultation to end of installation OneLawn proved themselves to be experts in their field. A joy to work with.

So pleased with my lawn! I get so many compliments on how real it looks. So far it is holding up wonderfully despite the two young boys, Golden Retriever and the rain. We use our yard so much more now, and often find ourselves lounging around on the grass, picnicking, doing homework, what have you. We were also very happy that we could finance the project as an energy efficient upgrade to our home and pay over five years.

OneLawn installed grass on the concrete in our backyard. The experience was excellent. From the thorough quote to the installation. The lawn is two years old by now and still appears to be new. A great addition to our backyard.

I am very pleased with the putting green installed at my home. From the initial consultation to ensure I was getting what I envisioned, until the project was complete, they exceeded my expectations. The crew was professional and courteous. They started and completed the project at the exact dates and times promised.

We are so pleased with our new lawn. The whole experience from initial contact, to meeting with Attilio our sales rep, to working with Hector and his crew during installation was pleasant. The workers cleaned up after themselves each day and communication was excellent throughout. Plus our new year looks amazing!

The OneLawn team built a great putting green in my backyard. After realizing my initial green was too small after a few months, I called Damien and he was great to work with in extending the surface and chipping area. The team was always on time and did great work. I highly recommend!
