James at Essential Mobility SLO has worked on a number of projects for me and always does a great job! Very thorough and professional. He's installed a motorized wheelchair lift in my Toyota Sienna, helped me buy just the right foldable motorized wheelchair, and has done top notch repairs on my full size Pride mobility scooter. The great thing about James and his company is that they always provide the very best after-sale support! Highly recommended!

My husband had a stroke in August. It was a very scary, trying time. James was very patient and truly, sincerely compassionate. After installing the chair, James took incredible time to show me how it worked, including the on/off switch. I’m sorry that I did not make this review sooner. I was reminded, today, at how accommodating and patient James is. While cleaning the chairlift, somehow on/off button was pushed off. He was here in no time. Again, he took his time with me. His staff is very friendly. And, did I mention patience?! Thank you James

James and Essential Mobility were amazing and did a fantastic job installing our stair lift on very short notice. They went above and beyond to assist us in a time of crisis and even followed up to ensure that our stair lift was perfectly adjusted. All of our interactions were positive and the entire team was polite, efficient, and professional. We sincerely appreciate our stair lift and it has made a huge difference for my parents and their mobility needs. The bonus was that this is a local company and we want to support businesses on the Central Coast. Highly recommended!
