I'm a local realtor, and I've used Gleason Electrik several times including at my residence. Rick is very prompt and his prices are very competitive. Anthony (his installer) is professional and very knowledgeble. I will continue to use Gleason Electrik for my electrical needs and would feel confident referring their services to my family, friends, and clients.

Outstanding group. I hade a GFI outlet that wasn't' working. I can usually change it out without a problem but this time that still didn't' fix it. I tried to troubleshoot with my limited knowledge and experience on these things then realized I'd better call a professional because I didn't want to do anything that could get me zapped. I did a little searching for a local electrician with good reviews and settled on Gleason Electrick. I Called and left a message then was contacted by Anthony the next day via text asking when would be a good time to talk about my problem. I appreciate that because I am busy throughout the day and wanted to have time blocked off to talk about my dilemma and what I tried. I figure the more info he has the quicker/easier the job is for him. Anthony was easy to talk to and understanding. We set up a time for him to come and even contacted me earlier that day to let me know that he had become available to arrive earlier then we agreed. Couldn't take him up on it as I was still at work, but I appreciated that. Once I was home Anthony had arrived and entered through my garage with mask on and stayed socially distant. I showed him where the problem outlet was and he had asked where certain things were and he did a quick check on those before working on my problem outlet. Anthony did his diagnosis and even suggested ways to save me money before carrying out the repair. He was able to fix my outlet and had time to check over my circuit breaker box and talked about other things to look out for because I live in a condo and he has worked on other units in my complex and seen some common problems (another thing I appreciated). The next day the outlet was not working again! I contacted Anthony and he responded promptly. Talk about things to try and he helped me to find that the outlet he repaired was connected to another GFI outlet in a different bathroom that I had to reset. Not his fault and wasn't a big deal. But I'm glad he took the time to help me work it through on the phone before having him come out to fix a problem by pressing a button. Overall, glad I got to work with Anthony from Gleason Electrick. I'd use them for future work.

Had Gleason Electrick out again to continue our kitchen update. Installing new under cabinet lights and swapping out electrical outlets. Have you seen the new screwless cover plates - wow, what a difference! So nice to have a trusted resource for our electrical updates. Anthony did a great job on our long list of projects.

Ric was awesome! My home was in escrow and during inspection found a problem with the electrical panel. I called Gleason Electric in the morning and Ric came out that afternoon and gave a detail clearance of my panel. Ric is very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them.

Anthony arrived promptly to install my unassembled ceiling fan. From the start, he was clearly knowledgeable about anything electrical related. He was courteous, friendly, and professional. He took great care to keep the working area clean and organized. I would not hesitate to call Gleason Electrick for any electrical needs!

Great experience with Rick and his team. We had them hang a new lighting fixture that was 18ft high. They were efficient, professional and friendly. My wife asked about another couples lighting problems In the house and Rick fixed them while his partner was working on the fixture. Great guys. Highly recommend.

I have used Gleason Electric for years and really trust them - I’ve always been pleased with Rick Gleason’s and his staff’s work. This is the first time I’ve written a review on them. Today Anthony spent the entire day replacing numerous incandescent light fixtures (chandeliers and pendants) with LED fixtures, kitchen outlets, switches and dimmers, LED track lighting, etc. He made excellent cost-saving suggestions regarding under cabinet lighting and smart remote switches. He also made a good suggestion regarding the lighting in 2 bedrooms that I am going to act on. I highly recommend this company. They are very knowledgeable, professional and good value for money. I highly recommend them.

Hired after reading great reviews, definitely will hire again. Called back, kept me informed of schedule, did a great job, hard worker, doesn’t waste time, listened to my concerns. Cost was reasonable for the amount of work done removing old light fixtures , ceiling fan, smoke alarms, and installing new ones. Thank you Rick and look forward to working with you again soon.

We needed additional landscape lights installed and Rick and his team were awesome. They were on time, listened to what we wanted and they explained exactly what they were going to do. They completed the job quickly and exactly as we had envisioned. Rick even followed up the next day to make sure we were happy. I would definitely recommend Gleason Electrik to anyone needing electrical work done.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Just had my third electrical job need pop up since moving into our home in San Marcos this past summer and I've used Gleason each time with 100% satisfaction. Rick and his team do exceptional work and are super communicative, honest, and fair in pricing. Everyone wants to have "a guy" that you can depend on and Gleason is certainly one of those for us.
