KC Power Clean was professional and responsive from start to finish. This was a new driveway on a rental property that had been damaged by inconsiderate and careless tenants. The driveway had intense oil stains and rust throughout the new concrete. The tenant worked on cars as well as stored cars leaking oil without taking protection precautions. Sue, carefully explained all driveway cleaning options and best pricing. Kristin worked with us around a remodel to schedule the job. Vincent did an outstanding job on the project. Every company representative was professional, courtesy and went above and beyond to make sure we were a satisfied customer. KC Power Clean is an exemplary company who truly believes in customer service and doing the job right! Overall excellent experience!!!

We hired KC Power Clean to clean a 28,000 sf clay tiled roof. The 3 man, two truck crew finished the job in less than 3 days and even waited out a four hour deluge with lightning so they could meet their stated completion time. The guys were very professional and detailed; especially with regard to post wash cleanup of the building and surrounding area. I was a bit worried seeing the grounds and walkways looking more like the surface of Mars than Earth with all of the deep red clay runoff but when I arrived the following morning I was pleasantly shocked, to be honest given how it looked the night before. You never would have known they were ever there until you looked at the pristine roof, which looks brand new now! The sides of the building and all of the sidewalks and driveways were as clean as the roof.
We are very happy with their work. If you need any type of power washing services, look no further.

We used KC to remove our ugly sealer residue and will use them again for resealing. Marlon came out right away to quote and they were able to schedule the work immediately. Manny was the one-man stud who got the removal job done beautifully. There was a lot of prep work to protect all the surroundings around my porch and they were done right! Manny treated my porch as if it’s his and took care to do it thoroughly. This job was a small job per sq ft (less than 200 sq ft) but complicated due to porch design and surroundings. A lot of company would have turned down this job or overly priced to turn me away. Not KC. You can tell this company take pride in their work and care for their customers. Communications from the quoting process, quote approval and scheduling process were flawless! KC not only work toward 5-star performance, they have 5-star attitude in mind even before the job starts. That makes them stand apart from other companies!

Ivan who serviced out gutter cleaning did an amazing job with all the rain gutters. He was very courteous, professional and took his job very personally and the result was the best gutter cleaning we had in 30 years. We use KC regularly an would highly recommend them.

KC power clean Ink cleaned and polished the entry walkway and planters(stained brick) of my house in Tustin. I first contacted KC for an estimate. They showed up on time and negotiated on a price. I scheduled the work and were very helpful and finished on time. The workers did a fantastic job and were very professional. The end product looks like new. I highly recommend KC power.

Great company—cleaned rust stains from my smooth stucco that was a result of rains and newly installed wood boards. Thought my wall was ruined but KC clean came out and took care of me. KC Power Clean did an outstanding job of cleaning my roof. Luis, the technician, did a meticulous job of cleaning my tile roof. It looks new!

Recently had travertine pavers installed in the backyard, and the installer had left a mess with dried polymeric sand on the paver surface and embedded in the porous stone. While some of this was expected given the nature of the porous travertine, I was concerned that this sand would be hard to wash off. I also needed to seal the stone after the wash.

From my own research, it seemed like a low pressure wash at ~200 deg with a surface cleaner + focused cleaning with a wand would be needed. I got quotes from 4 different vendors - and KC power clean provided a very reasonable quote. They also confirmed what my research said regarding the best cleaning method. I decided to go with them given their great reviews on Yelp and Google.

On the day of the job, Russell arrived on time in the morning and explained how he would clean and seal the pavers. Before starting, he confirmed all the job details with me. He used a surface cleaner to methodically clean the surface and followed up with some manual work. He was very careful not to damage the lawn and plants around the pavers. He left the pavers to dry until the later afternoon, and came back for the sealing.

The results were simply amazing. We were very pleased (and relieved) that the cleaning/sealing process had restored the beauty of the travertine pavers. We can't stop admiring our backyard now. Thank you very much KC Power Clean for your professionalism and expertise!

KC Power Clean helped me clear and clean my roof of algae and mold that was growing for years. They were quick, transparent, and detail oriented. I would use their services again.

Honestly shocked by all the glowing reviews—my experience was quite the opposite, and I’m left wondering where the ball was dropped.

I hired KC Power Clean after finding them on Yelp and getting multiple quotes. They were the most expensive, but their sales rep, Daniel, really sold me on their process and promised results. I shared detailed information, including photos, the type of stains, and age of the concrete. He assured me the stains would come out without issue.

On the day of service, the technician arrived hours late—despite the 4-hour appointment window I took off work for. He attempted the job but wasn’t able to remove the stains. A manager came out and explained that due to the concrete being newer and the type of stains, they likely wouldn’t come out—but also acknowledged that I never should have been assured it would come out in the first place.

I explained that I went with KC Power Clean because of that assurance, and paid 3x more than other quotes for a promised result that I didn’t get. The manager agreed the office would reach out to make it right.

No one ever did.

Worse, I then saw they charged my card the full amount PLUS an extra $50. I called and spoke to customer service, who apologized and said they’d look into it and follow up the same day.

It’s now been over a week, and still—no call, no resolution. Just radio silence.

At this point, I feel I’m owed a full refund. I was misled, overcharged, and completely ghosted after they acknowledged the issue. The sales pitch heavily emphasized their “top-tier” customer service and Yelp reputation—but in my experience, it was all talk and no follow-through. I absolutely don’t recommend.
