Tree reviews in San Marcos, California

Trevor and his team are the best! While properly pruning and trimming our trees, they created sculptures of artistry from the trunks and branches. I highly recommend them.

Trevor and his team are awesome! Professional, courteous and prompt in their service. They cut down two palm trees for me. They both had been dying and I had to unfortunately cut them down.
Thanks Trevor and Team!

I’ve worked with several tree companies and individuals over the years, but The Branch is the only one that’s earned my repeat business. I’ve been working with them for many years now, and they consistently provide excellent, professional service. They’ve done trimming, removals, and stump grinding for me, always with great care and attention to detail. I have several unusual, mature trees that I really care about, and I fully trust Trevor and his team to keep them healthy and looking great. If you’re looking for true experts who take pride in their work, I highly recommend The Branch.

Trevor was great. Trimmed a very tall Palm tree of mine. Showed up on time and got the job done. Super affordable and time efficient. He’s also very knowledgeable about his craft. 100% recommended

Best tree management company out there in San Diego! I called them after seeing them do a great job with my neighbor’s similar palm tree pruning job. The crew is super responsive, friendly and takes good care of your trees and yard. I’ll be a regular when my trees need maintenance!

Unfortunately I had to remove a couple of trees and contacted The Branch. Trevor was fast to respond and very competitive priced. He showed up with his team and worked extremely fast and effective. The results were fantastic! He even gave me some advice on other trees on the property and I’ll definitely use them again. Thank you for making the process easy.

Easy communication with owner and his son. Timely responses, showed up on time and finished the work including cleanup. Trees removed very close to pool and wall which were both very impressively avoided. Overall very happy with the work compared to other tree removal services we have used previously, would absolutely recommend them to anyone we know and will work with them again in the future for landscaping and any further tree removal.

We’ve been using The Branch for our 7 queen palms since November 2018, and after 7 years of service I can honestly say they are the best.

Before that, I spent the first 4 years in our home climbing ladders with a telescoping trimmer, putting in a lot of sweat and grit (and a little danger) to keep the palms looking nice. A friend referred me to The Branch, and I’ve never looked back.

Their crew is outstanding — friendly, professional, great with families, and truly a joy to have around. My kids (and even our dog, though she might pretend otherwise!) love watching them work. Scheduling is always quick and easy: I’ll email for a time, and more often than not The Branch will call to offer me an even earlier appointment, which makes life so much easier.

Most importantly, the results are stunning. The trees look exquisite every single time, and they stay that way for seasons. It’s been a true pleasure partnering with The Branch all these years, and we look forward to many more.

Thank you, The Branch — we appreciate you!

Trevor at The Branch provided one of the 4 estimates I received. His estimate was in the middle of the cost estimates, but he clearly was more knowledgeable about trees and tree surgery. His certified arborist training was evident, compared to the other companies.
Trevor and his crew were punctual, completed the job as he predicted, cleaned the area when the job was done, and the trees look great.
We will use his services in the future.

Trevor and his team were fantastic! I needed some palm and Jacaranda trees trimmed, and they did a great job—really fast, too. My backyard was left in perfect condition. Trevor also gave me some excellent recommendations on the health of my plants and watering. I highly recommend this company!

I've been working with Trevor and his team for a few years now and we've only had an excellent experience. Trevor takes his time to explain any of the necessary details, answer questions, and follow-up. He and his team have done an excellent job maintaining our ~100 ficus trees, 10 robellinis, 12 tall queen palms and 4 large bird of paradise. A great resource to help maintain their overall health, and if he can't readily address an issue, he's very helpful with referrals. An overall fantastic experience. Highly recommend.

The Branch people always do a fantastic job at trimming and shaping my pine tree. We have used them for over 20 years. They are reliable, hard workers and friendly.

I highly, highly recommend The Branch. If you appreciate the value trees add to your property, you will appreciate Trevor’s artistic eye for bringing out the very best in your trees. Trevor is dedicated to his profession, and he and his team are an absolute pleasure to work with. Contact The Branch!

Pleasure to deal with. They did a great job trimming both our huge palm trees. Thanks guys!

Wonderful, engaging, and informative staff. Fantastic and amazing service. We have been lucky to hire their tree trimming skills over the course of many years and, each time, they predicted exactly what would happen - more uniform and healthier tree growth. Many thanks to Trevor and Derek for their continued support of our trees. You won’t regret their service for your trees and, by extension, your home or work place.

Trevor along with his crew do great work. I have hired The Branch for many years for their prompt communication, being on-time, excellent pruning of my trees, and doing those extra little requests when needed.

The team at The Branch did an exceptional job trimming our jacaranda and birds of paradise trees. They were incredibly fast, efficient, and friendly throughout the entire process, making it a pleasant experience from start to finish. Not only did they do an amazing job with the trimming itself, but they also took great care in cleaning up after their work, leaving our yard looking neat and tidy. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of professional tree services!

We've used many different tree companies. All got the job done, but none had qualities to make us want to be repeat customers. After our experience with The Branch, I can say we've found a keeper. Derek kept us abreast of any changes as well as answering any silly questions I had. Trevor and his partner got things done in a safe, clean and timely manner. Well done!

I had Trevor and his crew reduce my four 40 ft Italian Cypress as well as thin a Podocarpus and trim a Pittosporum. They were prompt, efficient and very skilled in navigating a difficult job. They took great care in not damaging an adjacent seating area and cleaned up well at the job’s end. I would highly recommend them for their expertise and professional and personal interaction.

I have used The Branch for many years as Trevor and his crew do an excellent job of trimming my elms, pine and eucalyptus with care and respect to keeping the integrity of my trees. I appreciate their professionalism, quality of service to trim and clean up after, as well as the confidence I feel in their ability to make my trees look beautiful.

Trevor and his crew did a great job removing two heavy large queen palms and stump grinding. Professional and courteous, on time and cleaned up all debris. I will be using the branch for future needs.
