The whole team at Izmirian did a great job on the roof - efficient, professional, courteous, and very reliable. Left the site clean and tidy, and the roof looks great.

Only had 2 guys who could could look at our furnace. One couldn't come for a month and the other couldn't go up a ladder or go in his knees. The woman in the phone said good luck finding someone. I told her but you put our furnace in that's why I'm calling you. She just said good luck!

When you want the best, get Izmirian to solve even your most troublesome sheet metal and/or hvac problems. I have been working with them since 1984. Their design and workmanship is superb!

I had my roof replaced in November of 2015. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. I was over charged and then Richard Izmirian would not discuss it with me and would not compromise.

Here are the items that made me very unhappy. The original roof was removed and I wasn't warned that the inside of my entire garage would be covered with an inch or more of debris. They came back to clean it and broke a light bulb and left it hanging by the wires. My house could have burned down while my family and I slept. The garage debris was from dust to 3" square pieces of the old roof.

The removal of the roof was a mess. I stepped on nails and had to clean up a garbage can full of stuff left behind in my bushes and around my home.

The flashing was really the worst part. It is in one foot or smaller pieces surrounding my house. Instead of longer pieces, they shoved little pieces up under my siding and then put big chunky welds holding it together. It is cosmetically ugly. On the peak of my garage they stuck a little two inch piece of flashing and ruined the look of my roof in front of my house. I said something about it and they came and hammered it to make it look better and then painted it black so their mistakes wouldn't be so obvious.

I cut my foot on a nasty piece of sharp flashing that they also left behind. I have numerous photos to prove all of this.

They put on the wrong gutters. So, they had to take them off and when they did, they threw them on top of my plants and bushes. I mentioned it, but they just didn't seem to care.

I had leaks in the areas around the top of a window that is just under the roof. They sent someone to fix that, but it leaked like crazy last night during the heavy rain.

They parked a truck in my driveway that leaked hydraulic fluid all over my driveway. They attempted to pick it up by washing the absorbant into the street. It made a hazardous waste stain about 20 feet by 20 feet square in the street in front of my house. Richard, the owner tried numerous times to get out of cleaning it up in ways that truly offended me and then said to me that he wished he had never worked on my roof. He never cleaned up a hazardous waste spill that was eventually washed into the storm drains and into the bay without any accountability. He should go to jail for that.

In the end, I asked them to reduce the price due to the numerous issues that to this day remain unresolved. RIchard Izmarian would not talk to me or work with me to find a resolution. I should have taken them to court, but finally sent in my payment with 10% taken off. I GOT A LATE NOTICE TODAY (3/11/16) FOR THE REMAINING 10%, WITH A $283 LATE FEE. I don't know what to do. I don't want to take them to court and I don't want my credit rating impacted. So, I WILL NEVER USE IZMIRIAN AGAIN AND SUGGEST TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE THAT THEY FIND ANOTHER ROOFING COMPANY!

These guys do great work and from my understanding no job to large too overworked yet established reputations.

It took more than 4 weeks to get the roof almost done. Last time, it only took 2 days for 1 company to finish the job. The longer they drag, the more my family suffer the smell from tar... They left incompleted job (roof still leaking, broken gutters, fireplace areas not sealed...), i called but no one relayed the message. I got a bill with a fine due to late payment.... this time, i called and emailed (so i can have record), Ryan called back but i had to reschedule because of conflicted time. No one folllow up. A month later, i got another bill with a late payment fee again. It's obvious that billing department does not communicate with Estimate guy and no one told the contractor guys to correct all my roof problems... I'm still waiting for them to finish the work (that means my house will be stinky again). Wonder how long .....

I was very impressed by the service I received from Richard Izmirian. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with my issues. He explained everything clearly and did not pressure me to buy anything I did not need. He spent a lot of time with me and patiently answered my questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs HVAC services.

First time turning on the furnace, 2021 October, and nothing. Just heard a click.

If course it was 51 degrees in the house.

Called Izmirian, a very pleasant person answered and scheduled a repair visit in 2 days.

Asked, guessing I wasn't the only one, and she said there were many, many calls.

Two repairmen arrived at the designated time.

They knew the problem within 10 minutes and had the controller assembly in their truck.

20 minutes later, there was heat !

Will not discuss the 1st call to the company which had a label on the furnace...they were dismissive and seemed forced to "try" to schedule...which was 6-8 weeks out...will not call them again

Not sure why there are bad reviews. We used Izmirian for a new furnace, integrated air filter, and air conditioner. We've got a townhouse with limited backyard space and a TPO garage roof. I approached several companies wanting the external A/C unit to placed on the roof to save on noise and space. Every company I talked to said it couldn't be done except Richard and his team. They did the install with a crane, got everything setup in less than a week. They aren't the cheapest around but you get what you pay for. High quality work. Would recommend to family and friends.

I wish i could give more stars. Employees are all lovely, and they were the only ones that recognized my heater "malfunction" was only a small hidden tripped circuit that no one else saw (3 other providers missed it). Flip of a switch and we were back in business. I was told everything from the circuit board was blown out to I had to replace the whole heater ranging from $1000 to $20k. They also reinstalled our new thermostats and have done roof leak repairs. Prompt, knowledgeable, effective, efficient, professional, and took the time to explain my entire heating system to me. Maybe best service provider we have had.
