I’m a realtor with ex Alain Pinel now Compass in Palo Alto. Steve is a referral from one of my very reliable clients who just used him to install multiple new HVAC systems for her new home in Los Altos. I called Steve to help a client who wants to reduce the noise of the return air box. There are lots of constraints (such as the limited room in crawl space and not enough ceiling height etc.) that make it impossible to re-install the return air box in an ideal manner. Among the three HVAC vendors we called, Steve is the only one who proposed a comprehensive, yet cost-effective plan to address the issue. Steve also demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills on the site by utilizing all the resources available to locate the critical information very quickly. Steve has just become my go-to HVAC guy for all my clients in Mid Peninsular.
