I haven't actually worked with 3G Builders yet, but they are working on my neighbor's house and doing a great job! I talked with Joe for a while about different projects and he seems super knowledgeable, and most of all, super honest. I'm sure I'll be working with 3G in some capacity in the future!

The work is top notch, and we were more than happy with all the work they performed, on my mother's house, that we did a remodel on, after her passing. The work was exactly what was discussed, but more importantly, at the time, the work was completed, on schedule! 3G Builders constructed a 450 Sq. ft. detached ADU in our backyard in El Sobrante. We are overjoyed with the quality of our cottage, and the way it fits with our intentions. It was complete around November of 2024, so we have lived with it for nearly a year. No issues whatsoever have emerged with the construction, and 3G has been there for follow-up attention when asked for. Joe Guthrie is a first-class contractor. The project proceeded smoothly, and a number of changes were made along the way with clear communication and efficient pricing. Joe kept in touch by text, phone, and in person regularly throughout the process, and went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied and that I understood each detail of construction. I felt comfortable bringing my questions and concerns to him along the way. When he didn't have an answer, he found the right person who would. His crew members were efficient, personable and courteous. We loved having them around. Joe has a good sense of balance between quality and cost efficiency. He does high-end, cost-no-objedt projects, but can just as easily do a mid-level simple, solid-build project like ours. Thanks Joe!!
