i won’t use any other carpet cleaning service after this great experience. tanner came to my home and did a fantastic job cleaning my area rugs. he also gave me helpful advice about whether or not to clean my hardwood floors, and was very honest about what was best. even though we decided not to do the floors, my rugs look amazing and feel so fresh. i booked tanner for another carpet cleaning in other rooms before he even left. highly recommend! it’s wonderful to work with local businesses that care and are honest.

I don’t have any before and after pictures to share, so I’ll just explain what happened. Late at night, my child had an upset stomach and ended up leaving a big blueberry stain all over the hallway carpet. The mess was really noticeable, and I knew I needed a professional carpet cleaner right away. Instead of calling a big chain, I searched online and found a local carpet cleaning company. I called right when they opened and spoke with Tanner, who listened to my situation and promised to call me back within 10 minutes. He did just that, and even rearranged his schedule so he could come out to help me as soon as possible. He arrived earlier than expected, which was fantastic! Tanner did an excellent job getting all the blueberry stains out of the carpet. He also took the time to spot treat and clean the carpeting throughout my entire home. He worked quickly and carefully, making sure to protect my walls and furniture. He also gave me helpful tips for keeping my carpets clean. To make it even better, he said he would come back at no extra charge if the stains reappeared. If you need your carpets cleaned, I highly recommend this company. You’ll be very happy with the service!
