Steve is awesome. He is my go to plumber. He is a great guy, very nice. Prices are fair and his work superb.. I have told several friends and they are so happy with his work too.

Steve responded quickly both to my initial request for a consultation, as well as when I hired him to install a replacement water heater. In explaining the pros and cons of tankless versus standard water heater tank for our situation, he was straightforward, candid and professional, even recommending competitors from whom to get second opinions. In the end, his quote was reasonable, and his professionalism prompted me to hire him. He scheduled the work within the week, and then completed the job in less than half a day, despite the challenges of installing the heater in the crawl space under the house. Anytime I need plumbing work done, I'll be going to East Bay Plumbing.
