We were extremely pleased with the framing work done by AV Framing. Alex and his team were extremely professional and were able to complete for us a full roof framing reinforcement of our entire house (adding in large structural beams, wall posts, doubling rafters, installing purlins). I sent to Alex the structural plans created by our engineer and he very quickly came back to us with a very detailed and competitive bid. Alex was very attentive to detail and the framing was completed up to the standards our engineer required. We hope to use his team in future projects.

AV Framing did an outstanding job framing a double pocket door for us—without damaging our original arched ceiling that we love and curved below where they needed to access. Alex was very responsive and professional in our communications. Their team was efficient and performed high quality work. They were even surprisingly quiet which I appreciated while I was working from home and left everything cleaned up nicely.

We were juggling several other renovations in the house, and AV Framing made it easy to coordinate around everything. Their communication was clear, their pricing was very fair, and the final result was exactly what we hoped for. We truly appreciated their reliability and craftsmanship, and wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to others.

AV Framing came in clutch and saved the day! They replaced the entire ridge beam of my entire my house. All 55’ feet. Including putting up temporary shoring walls and demolition. They even went above and beyond making sure the beams lined up perfectly, and was perfectly straight. (All wood is curved or crowned a little). They provided me a quote fast, came in 1k cheaper than 6 other companies quote, and did great work. 10/10 on AV’s service to me :) 👍🏼

I recently hired out Alex and his crew at AV framing and couldn’t be happier with the work they did. I am currently remodeling my home and needed some skilled carpenters to help out with some framing work needed on the project. From the beginning Alex was professional and very easy to communicate with. The foreman Carlos and the rest of the crew are very hard working and polite. They worked tirelessly everyday and left the job site clean at the end of the day. These guys are the real deal, licensed, experienced and professional. I would not hesitate to hire them again on future projects.
