I needed to have light fixtures replaced in my house. I got a call from Luis and he showed up the next day at 7am. He did an awesome job, super clean work and very personable. 4 stars: I had Luis give me a quote for re-wiring my garage to be up to code so that I could drywall it, and I pointed out the amateur wiring from the previous owner that needed to be removed/fixed during the walk through for the quote. He did a good job adding brand new wiring, but neglected to remove or update the bad wiring, which prevented me from finishing the garage. Despite the quote specifically saying "re-wiring", it did not specifically describe removal of the old wiring. Due to the miscommunication, he gave me a discount on the additional work to go back and remove/replace the bad wiring that I thought was part of the original quote. There was also a circuit he had mis-wired that he came back and fixed for free.

1 star: I asked Luis to re-wire the bad wiring under my house to be up to code. The wiring had 240V coming from the breakout panel which split to 240V going to the HVAC and 120V going to my tankless water heater. Luis did not check the voltage before connecting the water heater, and he wired it to 240V causing the control board to blow, resulting in a $1300 replacement cost for the PCB and 3 and a half weeks without hot water to my house. Luis did not wish to file an insurance claim to cover the cost, or split the cost of the water heater invoice. He repeatedly stated that he could not take responsibility for the previous electrician's work. However, it was specifically the previous work that I had hired Luis to fix, and it was not the poor work that blew out the water heater circuit board, but Luis's lack of diligence in checking the voltages he was re-wiring.

I also found out he was charging me substantially more than other contractors for the same work scope. However, if you need brand new wiring on a house and don't mind the extra cost, I think he would do a decent job with it.

Home Depot assisted in helping me find the right Electrical Contractor to work on my lighting issue in my Garage. Home Depot communicated with 6 contractors. Luis Duarte, Owner of LAD Electric, LLC personally came to my home and provided advice and options from repairing my Ballast driven flourescent ligjts or change to LED lights, and the cost was great and very reasonable. I chose the latter. Luis did an awesome job. I highly recommend LAD Electric, LLC for any Electrical work. I will sure keep his contact information, and will recommend his company to all my Family and Friends. Thanks Luis for the outstanding workmanship!

Abe appeared nice at first to gain my trust so I can pay him BEFORE the job was completed. He messed up on the installation of the outlet and showed up 1.5 hours late. I had to deal with tenant complains due to that. Then he wanted to charge me extra for fixing his own mistakes which he initially promised to do for free. Sadly at that point I no longer have any leverage because I just paid him $1,500 in full. I deeply regret trusting him and getting pressured to pay him before the job is completed. I would strongly advise you to stay away from this company.

I'm so happy to have found All In Electrical! I had an odd project with some anomalies and it was just no problem at all for them. So relieved to have found a trustworthy, reliable source for the needs of my 100 year old quirky home!
