Ebert is a nice and likable guy. We hired his company to take care of our garden while we were away from home for four months. He agreed to clear debris from the paths, trim the planting and ornamental trees, and maintain the drip irrigation system.

On our return we were quite disappointed to see that although the paths were clean and debris free, none of the other work had been done. The drip system in one section wasn't working and as a result all the plans had died off. There was around four feet of growth on the bushes so that they crossed over the paths. there was so much growth (four feet) on one of our Cupid Arrow trees that it had become very top heavy and a major limb was now bent down blocking a path.

We met with Ebert to discuss what work had actually been done. It turns out that he had not supervised his crew at all and had not been on site at all. We expected Ebert to own up to having not provided the services he had agreed to do. We wanted him to do the work that we had paid him for. He started to agree and then started saying that all the growth must have happened in the two weeks since his crew last visited! I used to come up with excuses like that when I was a small kid.

He said he would let us know when he would come back b ut he never did. He ghosted us.

My recommendation is that if you do hire Ebert, supervise the work closely and think twice about going on extended trips.

We have been working with Ebert and his company since 2015… they turned our yard into a beautiful oasis. He can build anything - little kids art studios, masonry walls, decking, fence and painting… just to mention a few. Highly recommend for anything you need! Without question!
Our home was featured in Dwell in 2017 and Ebert did most of what you see on the exterior - fence, grass, art studio, rock walls… etc.

My front and backyard landscape look amazing thanks to Ebert and his crew! They have helped me with yard work and outdoor projects for over two years, planting rose and jasmine bushes, relocating bulbs, and pruning trees. They also helped with my sprinkler system and repotting large house plants when I first moved in. Ebert just did a great job repairing my fence; I plan to have him back soon for another project.

Francisco and his crew have really taken over for his brother Abel. My yard is maintained every other week, weeds pulled area cleaned and blown... Very happy...
