Fantastic Service. We have patronized other pool companies and been disappointed by their lack of dependability, responsiveness, and timeliness. I called Topaz on a Saturday, (actually connecting with a real person) and was able to secure a Monday morning appointment. Mike appeared precisely on time, adeptly diagnosed our issues, and returned, as promised, 2 days later to complete the work. He remedied our problems with our filter and sweeper, corrected/balanced our chemicals and charged us very appropriately. Bar none, Topaz is the most professional, expert and reliable pool service we have had the pleasure of using. I could not recommend Mike and Topaz more highly! I even received an education on some aspects of our pool maintenance that were formerly unknown to me! Mike is honest, works fast, and does a thorough job. I initially contacted him because after months of neglect, my pool had gone dark green. I got estimates and quotes from multiple pool companies in the area, and was told by some that it would take up to a month and hundreds of dollars to get fixed. Mike said he could get it pristine in a few days, and his price was far less than the competitors. True to his word, the pool was blue and perfect in under a week.

I really appreciate how honest he is - I know pool cleaners can try to upcharge and make you pay for unnecessary services, but Mike is candid and straightforward. I really trust him. He also goes above and beyond - when parts need replacing, he texts me the Amazon link to the best and cheapest replacements, and installs them himself. I cannot praise him enough, he's a true professional. Let your search end with Mike, he'll take care of you.

Mike has been terrific. He’s servicing both a pool and hot tub at a rental property I manage, and they both look immaculate and function worry-free now that he’s on the job. The pool is older, but the water clarity and color make it look brand new with Mike’s help. We've been working w/ Evan (and his crew) since 2019, we have our pool cleaned and maintained weekly in San Rafael.
